Solar panel test

Had my solar panels checked by Bluon and Ash was fantastic Showed me through the tests he done and my system was all fine and working He was a little late but traffic has been a nightmare in the area but would have appreciated being told Overall a pleasant company

Impressive service

I came across Bluon from a Google Search and was really impressed with the level of service provided I was unsure as to what would be involved with the inverter installation but the team were great and did an amazing job explaining the process from start to finish There was a small amount of mess that had been left behind however this could quite possibly have been partly down to the fact that our dog had taken a real shine to the gentleman that was installing the unit Great service overall and would definitely recommend

Called Bluon through a recommendation from a friend They popped round and gave me multiple options to work with I booked in with them and really happy with the results No question is too annoying for them and they ve since stopped by to check in with me too which was unexpectedly kind I m all for high customer service standards so I ll definitely be recommending them to anyone who needs guidance in this field

All round great company to deal with very polite and willing to help I would definitely recommend and will be to any family and friend that would need these services

Clean work efficient

The fella has just left and I ve got to say you wouldn t know he has been Lenny or Leonard was his name a young chap New battery controller fitted monitoring set up and put on my iPad 5 star service nice bunch and would use again if I ever needed anything solar related

Had Oliver do my quote very nice young fella and explained everything well really relaxed sales process no pressure on me or my partner Had my installation completed today and very happy with everything from start to finish Always fully informed the men kept things clean and tidy I ve also had a courtesy call already asking if I need anything from Bluon A nice little touch very happy and I hope the system does me well Thank you Oliver and the fitting team me and my partner appreciate your hard work

Very pleasant company

Greg Oliver and Lenny all fantastic For the first time in a long time I ve felt happier about my solar panels I brought this company in for a second opinion and I felt comfortable with them straight away My system is back up and running and I am looking forward to the performance monitoring Would recommend

Second time I ve had Bluon energy over This time it was because my generation metre was static red this is something they told me to keep an eye on Turns out my system had only tripped and everything was okay No cost to myself for the call out Thank you Bluon the industry needs more companies like yours Amazing Service Mr J Chessher

I must say when I originally had my work done I gave Bluon 4 stars If I knew how to edit that I would They have been back to check the work 6 months from the install date as promised Punctuality great Customer service fantastic Quality company in a not so quality industry Well done Bluon and thank you for the aftercare
