Excellent customer service

I have rang Green Pulse Energy ltd on 22nd Oct 2021 for a problem with idle solar panels It wasn t working with a display of NO GRID and some red lights The staff from the company rang me back and spent 20 minuites explaining the fault and remedial measures at zero cost to me I think this is an excellent customer service and will trust this company to do business with my future solar panel issues

I had had a couple of quotes for solar panels and both were way over priced so the payback period didn t work at all I thought I d have one more go and contacted Green Pulse Energy Ben Sherwood and team went through a comphrehensive process of understanding my needs designing the system and costing it I was pleasently surprised at the cost which ment a payback period of around 8 years There were a few changes made through our discussions and it was fitted end May 23 A trench was dig to hide cables panels fitted with very good alignment and all equipment fitted was very neat and tidy The system has been running now for nearly 3 months and has worked perfectly I would highly recommend Ben and Green Pulse Energy if your struggling to get a sensible quote

The service from Green Pulse Energy from start to finish was excellent Ben was very patient to keep answering my questions and providing multiple different quotes as I wasn t sure what I wanted until we had got it just right Installation was incredibly smooth and all done in one day with 10 panels across two roofs a 5kw battery and a 3 6kw inverter All the guys were very polite friendly clean and tidy They were also happy to answer my many questions on the day Having had the panels for two weeks now I am delighted with the decision our electricity use is down 94 already I would highly recommend Green Pulse Energy

Great Job

Green Pulse fitted a 6 24 kw solar array in October 2022 and a 9 5 kw battery in November 2022 I wanted to give it a good chunk of time before I wrote a review to make sure it s working as it should and I can t fault the system it is working perfectly The tradesman were professional and efficient and turned up on time The salesman who came to my house initially was knowledgeable and answered all my questions and advised on what system would be most suitable for my needs The people in the office kept me informed as to how my order was progressing It was a good experience from start to finish

The best PV Panel installation from Greenpulse

Greenpulse provided an exemplary service from start to finish Our PV installation on the garage involved battery trench and wiring at both ends including a complicated fitting inside the internal cupboard in the utility room which houses the existing consumer units All of this was planned and executed with care and precision with a great polite and friendly attitude throughout Ben even answered Whattsapp messages while in Thailand Now that is customer serviceThank you very much to the whole team for whom nothing was too much trouble I look forward to seeing those Solar Killowatts

I was referred by a friend to contact green pulse for my solar pv system They came out the next day to survey my house to find the best positioning for the panels and cables Corey was just excellent friendly and very knowledgeable when the fitters Mark Daryl came to fit the system around 2 weeks later both very friendly and had the whole system up and running by 4 in the afternoon Very happy with everything and would recommend green pulse
