Everyone went out of their way to help us get our solar panels bird proofed Spoke to Gemma in the office on Tuesday and Daryl completed the bird proofing on Friday morning He was so quick and efficient and all done within an hour The scaffolders were great too

Delayed my review because
I have left it 6 months to write this review to make an informed assessment of the panel installation and after care service I initially had some minor issues - damage to exterior paving slab from scaffolding but this was addressed and replaced immediately If I had to be critical then I wish Pulse had explained SEG steps after installation I lost all of summer to to resell unused electricity back to the grid Other than that I would recommend Great team happy to deal with queries before during and after installation Turnaround response within 24 hours Hopefully soon I would like to pursue the purchasing the batteries

I chose this company to fit solar
I chose this company to fit solar panels as a comparison The representative who called on me was very informative In fact he preempted the questions I intended asking After returning to the office for calculations an agreeable price was reached and a not distant date for fitting agreed That date did slip but only by one day The fitters and electrician arrived and all very amiably concluded the entire job in one day Unfortunately at the turn on there proved to be a fault However the office staff like everybody I ve spoken to a Green Pulse were friendly and efficient As promised the fault only a loose connection was remedied at the start of the next working day The panels have and are working efficiently ever since I have recommended this company to others without hesitation

My Solar Inverter stopped working
My Solar Inverter stopped working I called Steve who was extremely helpful He said he would get an Engineer to me the very next morning The engineer was here at the most 10 minutes and repaired the Inverter Although it was an expensive 10 minutes I am very grateful their help and would certainly use them again Thank you again Steve you were wonderful and a credit to Green Pulse

Went the extra mile
In a time of crisis I could not fault the service given by the staff at Green Pulse Special thanks to Lee for going the extra mile to get my install done before the lockdown Genuine company and well recommended Stephen knows the importance of real customer service and the fitters were professional and did a great job

Very good company
Very good company I had an issue and they came and sorted problem straight away I got told by another company I needed a new inverter but when I spoke to Stephen he gave good advice and I accepted them to come and see me they looked at the inverter and no problems they said over the years the system does loose efficiency and advised a service on the system I accepted and they did i now I have noticed Mr readings are going up again Thank you Stephen and Mark

Neat solar panel installation from a highly knowledgeable team
We recently had solar panels and a battery installed and GreenPulse Energy have been fantastic every step of the way The adviser Ben was extremely knowledgable and had fantastic recommendations for how we could best achieve what we were looking for The installation was a very neat job and we have been really pleased with the outcome We d highly recommend them to anyone looking to install solar panels

Green Pulse Energy were invited to design and provide PV solar panels for our eco house as we built it in 2017 Lee designed the system and recommended the 16 panels and solar edge inverter The fitter worked with the roofers to fix the brackets and then panels sharing their scaffolding All the paperwork was successfully done to receive the feed in tariff A year later we had a Power Diverter fitted to use surplus solar energy to heat the hot water This system has all worked extremely well and we have been very pleased We produce on average 4 500 kWh of electricity each year Approximately half our energy needs including our EV are supplied by the solar panels We are now approaching Green Pulse Energy to fit a battery for us We are very happy to recommend Green Pulse Energy

Extremely efficient and courteous service
Extremely efficient and courteous service I had a problem with my PV system not installed by Green Pulse The original installers did not want to know Paul was able to diagnose the problem and send me a quote within the hour The engineer Daryl turned up on time as promised and repaired the fault He explained what he was doing at every stage The system is now working and I am very happy Have set up an annual maintenance contract for piece of mind

Excellent service
I contacted Green pulse energy following a google search for help with problems with solar panels I had a fault sign showing on iboost panel I telephoned and left contact details for an engineer to call back which they did within a couple of hours The engineer advised what the problem might be and for me to check the batteries This was all it took to have the equipment working again correctly I am very grateful for the help and at no cost Will definitely use this company again if I get any further issues
