Fantastic helpful Staff

Last night I experienced absolutely fantastic customer service The supervisor Dan went out of his way to help me find what i came to the store to get and the staff were all just as helpful too Thank you so much you are all fab especially in these busy stressful times of year

Great customer service

Visited Fenton Stoke-on-Trent branch yesterday morning Main reason for the visit was for a Christmas tree The garden centre was closed due to the bad weather conditions but Arthur very kindly helped us He even got a bag from the warehouse as the tree was covered in snow He was extremely helpful and very health and safety conscious It s was really nice to get such good customer service and I do hope Arthur gets recognition for this Christmas trees at B M are great value for money compared with many garden centres locally Our tree last year lasted until Easter

Excellent customer service I had to contact BM customer services for a copy of my receipt as I d mislaid the original I needed to claim under the warranty I had for an airfryer and Tower wouldn t accept my bank statement as proof of purchase Anyway contacted BM and Lisa from their customer services was really helpful and dealt with my query straight away Lisa replied promptly to my query and provided me with a copy of my receipt within the same day as my email Thank you good to see companies dealing with customer requests so promptly

Fantastic customer service

Myself sister and mum popped Into your B M store in hedgened last evening we had such a giggle with your customer service assistant Kirsty she was fantastic polite and full of smiles but most of all extremely patient with us why we were trying to sort out our payment method She had a good giggle with us and just made the shopping experience so much fun We shall definately visit again and hope that Kirsty is working

The 5 star is purely for the lovely member of staff at the Beverley branch She helped me to my car in the pouring rain with the boxes I d bought whilst I had my daughter She really didn t have too but did without hesitation and to be honest it s not very often that people do that nowadays She definitely deserves the recognition

A huge thank you to the staff at B M for their kind help when my mum collapsed outside the store Broomhall Worcester It s always easy to walk on by and not get involved but they were quick to bring out blankets to keep her warm whilst we waited for the ambulance Kindness is free to give but priceless to the recipient Pleased to say she is now home recovering

Please can All the staff at maryport Cumbria B M be informed that their customer care is exemplary Nothing is to much bother and they always go above and beyond to help Each time I visit I always get a happy smiling face and a staff member who is more than happy to stop in their busy day to offer advice or support Thank you it makes my shopping experience all the more better and enjoyable Well done Maryport team you are the best
