I called boilers r us after I tried to get in contact with my usual boiler specialist but he was unresponsive They managed to fit a new 3 port valve next day and was super impressed with the punctuality and efficiency of the specialist Would use again in the future

I ve been a customer of Boilers R Us since 2016 when I had a new boiler installed I continue to use them for annual servicing and any other plumbing and heating work I need Recently I had another radiator replaced to further upgrade my heating I found the customer service excellent as always the price good value for money and the quality of the work outstanding

Engineer came on time in fact he phoned from outside my house He was very thorough and advised me on a radiator which I thought only needed bleeding Unfortunately the radiator which is only 4 years old is broken I had turned it off but he told me it needed to be turned off at both sides I was grateful for the info otherwise my carpet would have been ruined even though I had towels to soak the leakage

Visited Boilers R Us a few months ago as have noticed they are very local to us and would like to try The ladies in the office were very friendly and welcoming and instilled confidence We explained problem with some radiators and an engineer came to advise in very reasonable time span We wanted the monthly boiler care package so informed about this and have now set up Services provided - Radiators power surge completed well and engineer very professional New problem with a leak from an old boiler we have the ladies in the office booked an engineer to advise and we got an appointment after he d visited very quickly from another engineer It has all been checked over and just some parts to be ordered but luckily still safe to use Good communications by E-mail since then and Certificate of works sent via E-mail Chelsey clarified my queries Easy to communicate with the Team Thank you so far

The engineer came on time and donned foot covering in porch whenever entering premises Showed him where boiler was etc and he just got on with the job He was both friendly and professional Excellent could not recommend him more highly

Boilers R Us in Welling was recommended to me by a work colleague A very friendly engineer came the day following my call and explained the options of repair or replacement As my boiler was old I opted for a replacement which was installed the next day by another pleasant engineer This was a very neat installation I was pleased with the price and a couple of builders who were working on my house were surprised

We had a really good experience with the team at Boilers R Us Very responsive on WhatsApp and someone came to see us the next day early morning on Monday considering our boiler broke on a Sunday We were given honest feedback of the situation and felt reassured At the end we needed to replace the broken boiler with a new and better boiler The new boiler was fitted the following day early morning and completed early in the afternoon He was very efficient and asked us many questions to make sure we were happy with everything He also demonstrated how to use the new boiler and he kindly checked all our radiators Overall communication between the team were good and service was great I would highly recommend
