I was shocked at how I was treated My 2 storage units were auctioned off only 28 days after I paid over 75 percent of my bill Bomarc had just bought the newburgh site They were not lenient or pleasant I heard Rich Trott was fair and had a good heart This was cruel and unusual treatment Be careful I never write reviews but this one is something I can t seem to get past I have never been treated so poorly in my life I got no letter or message or any type of warning that it would be auctioned off on 9 13 Please be so so careful with this business They will take all your money then auction your belongings off I m a quiet kind person who never ever thought this type of thing could happen but it did

I rented 2 units
I rented 2 units One for over a year My units were auctioned off without informing me I was treated terrible by the owner I had thousands of dollars worth of items I was treated like garbage They were awful

That old saying it doesn t get any
That old saying it doesn t get any better than this was never more apparent than my experience with the Bomarc location in Ellsworth Linda your manager at this location was extroidinary She definetly knows her product and questions were encouraged Her level of expertise and willingness to please were likely unprecented in many employs of today The ground were well kept securtiy systems were in place and the entire experiece of renting a locker was made pleasureable I would would whole heartly recommend this location to anyone seeking a safe clean not to mention competive pricing to all
