We have been using Belfast Self Storage since July of this year and have found their service and their facilities to be excellent The staff are very generous with their time and nothing is too much trouble

Great facility peace of mind

This bit of moving house is clearly the stress free part Rhys Darren and Paul have been welcoming and helpful from the first point of contact I visited this morning and found the facility to be spotlessly clean temperature controlled and secure I have also heard positive reviews of Belfast Self Storage in conversations with other people about selling my house I m delighted to have this bit of the process sorted out and appreciate the time and support from Rhys this morning

Thank you Tracy for helping us as we had to upgrade the amount of storage we required twice which meant you coming up with us to show larger units Nothing was too much trouble for you and you helped us As you remained cheerful and very polite throughout our time there The unit was clean and will be perfect to store our belongings before we move over permanently Thank you once again

Pristine storage facility

This is a pristine storage facility with 24 hour access The staff were really helpful and advised me on the most appropriate size of unit to store furniture in for a 6 week period I was given a good rate for booking mid month with another full month for 1 plus 12 insurance I would highly recommend this service

Exceptional Service

You wouldn t think there would be much to say about a storage facility but honestly their customer service is absolutely fantastic The lads have been so helpful Darren helping me several times and recommending an exceptional removal service for my furniture after my first one proved to be an utter disaster And bringing some more of my belongings there today the lovely Sean couldn t have been more helpful He went above and beyond even helping me find my keys in my storage space when I couldn t find them What a lovely guy it s not usual to get such good service I would definitely recommend Belfast Self Storage

Very prompt in answering my query all the information I needed was clearly set out in email Professional but friendly from the start Listened carefully to my needs and advised me accordingly This is the first time I ve used storage so it was quite unknown to me but it was made an easy process by the Darren and the rest of the staff Recommend them 100
