Dont pay until job is completely finished

Guy came round and installed locks all fine However didn t have a key hole cover for the door so said they would send one in the post This never arrived and when I tried to get back in contact they just bounced me around saying they would look into it and send someone out This never happened so after having a hole in the door for 2 3 months I bought and put the cover on myself Moral is don t pay these guys a penny until they completely finish the job

Much more expensive than initial quote

Emailed a pic of the lock we needed replaced in advance and was told a similar model would cost 115 Guy came removed the lock and showed replacement options the cheapest of which was 389 Kind of a huge difference there and felt forced to pay it Only giving two stars because the guy doing the work was punctual and professional

External door lock kept sticking so booked someone to come check it out and try fix the problem replace the lock if need be Guy was very nice and sorted the issue out but the price was eye watering I was expecting 200-300 but not 1194 and felt obligated to pay it as he d already started taking the door apart Needed someone out to sort today so beggars can t be choosers but I d recommend other customers doing their research as I feel a bit conned

Needed someone out today and was here in 35 minutes which was great Bit peeved it cost me 550 but cant fault the guy who did the work 550 though 260 for a barrel

Hi am 78 year old pensioner and had to call Nathan out to get me in last night after I got home from bingo and my key snapped he got me in changed my Yale lock and charged me 89 00 thanks Nathan Margery

The locksmith was polite and very efficient I was advised of the best lock to enhance my security Before any work was started I was also given full details of the price of the new lock how much it would cost to fit it I recommend this service

We called the company out to replace 2 locks Matt phoned us to say he would be here in 15 minutes He arrived and his honestly was outstanding he told us what we required and the cost was extremely reasonable and fabulous customer service we would not hesitate in recommending this company

Splendid job

HiyaUsed these guys on Saturday to change our new house door locks after my wife had used them recently at her office Alan came over and did a splendid job and only charged 180 for our main 4 access door locks to be changed so many thanks from us - Martin Alan family
