This locksmith was very professional

This locksmith was very professional and SUPER helpful I was able to send him pictures of my lock and he was able to immediately help me with my problem Very personable and professional Thank you once again I would highly recommend them

Excellent service all round

Called out this company rather late a few nights back as my side door got jammed whilst I was putting the bins out The locksmith managed to get to me within 30 minutes and I was in my home in less than 10 He managed to get me inside without having to cause any damage to my door and I have arranged for him to come back next week to replace the lock Really great service and looking forward to using you guys again Can t wait for a new lock that finally works

My boyfriend lost our house keys

My boyfriend managed to lose our house keys whilst we were out in town last Saturday night which can I add it was absolutely FREEZING After tracing our steps back to the club we had been to and realised we were never finding our keys we finally locked on goggle and thankfully got through to this company straight away They were able to get out to us in just 30 minutes and we were in our apartment within the hour The engineer who came out was an absolute star and I can t thank you guys enough for saving the day All for a very reasonable price as well considering it was early hours of the morning on a Sunday Thank you again Safiyyah D

Great Service 10 10

Fantastic service was able to get an appointment in less than 24 hours was a non-emergency call out but I m still impressed with the quick turnaround The locksmith Michael was on-time polite and explained the process from start to finish A class act cannot recommend them highly enough

I am so grateful to these guys for being a lifesaver lost my spare house key and my main snapped in the lock when I came back from work at 10 30pm phoned this company and he told me it would be 20-30 minutes to get to my location and got me inside the house in less than half hour thank you thank you thank you so much true 24 7 service 5 stars rating I will call again for any locksmithing issues

Security upgraded

Had these guys come out a couple weeks back to get all my locks upgraded as I ve recently updated my house insurance I had a slot booked between 1-2pm and he arrived just after one the locksmith advised me on which locks would be best for my security and explained everything in detail I will be highly recommending Oliver

Morning Book A Local

Morning Book A Local your engineer peter recently left my new flat and asked kindly if I was happy to review you him I am very happy to do this for you Peter arrived at 7-30am as planned and booked in He changed one of my standard locks and then we agreed to upgrade the Yale latch lock as he said this wasn t very secure on seeing how the new one works we can quite clearly see that as well now Peter was polite and tidy and hopefully he will read this too as myself and my partner are more than happy with the service provided many thanks Lucy Brad

Can t fault the service

Been having issues with my key sticking for sometime and I kept putting it off finally I forced it one too many times and it snapped in the lock Nightmare I booked online after reviewing Book a local and had new locks and plenty of spares keys along with a key safe fitted for a great price Brilliant service
