The driver arrived 30 minutes late He arrived at 9 00 am instead of 8 20 am 10 minutes before departure time Furthermore he was rude He shouted at me while I was calling him to know where he was was not able to say hello and shouted at us when we kindly offer him a waffle He was treating us like if we were children even though our average age is 24 years old Moreover he was lost and took the wrong path every time even though he had 2 GPS to guide him Thanks to him we arrived one hour late to our destination as we had a limited time for our activity It is the worst experience we ve had with Bookabus and we are considering no longer using your services

Was unable to actually book a bus The call centre staff were absolutely clueless I think flexible is definitely the wrong description Don t bother catch a normal scheduled bus

Busses were a bit small Our team could fit only by a margin 50 people icehockey gear On Monday 21 4 there were two people who took seats from our team hence making one coach sit on the floor from Badnauheim to Frankfurt Big thanks to the other driver 22 4 who took us from the Hotel to the airport - customer friendly and straight forward service

The first bus trip went without a hiccup but the second proved more problematic We did not receive any information for the second bus due to a miscommunication a few days prior This was difficult when we landed at the airport as we did not know where to go or who to contact and eventually had to call the emergency line and the other bus company before the first bus driver managed to give us some information

We booked a bus for our day trip to Cologne with our student association Overall everything went smoothly We had to change the drop-off location in Cologne in advance due to roadworks and the driver was very flexible about this which we really appreciated However there was one issue with the pickup at the end of the day The evening before we had moved the departure time earlier so that everyone could still catch their trains Although we rushed to be on time and arrived just in time at the bus the driver wasn t there yet After calling him he told us he was nearby and still on his break He said he would arrive in about 10 minutes but we ended up waiting around 45 minutes This was unfortunate especially for those who needed to catch their trains Of course we fully understand that breaks are important but it would have been helpful if this had been communicated in advance so we could have planned accordingly Aside from this point we were very satisfied with the service and how the trip went overall

Everything was fine perfect and quick contact with bookabus staff the bus arrived on time clean indoors just the driver was a bit unkind and it spoiled the overall good impression

My original bus reservation cancelled at the last minute and the employees at BookABus were able to get me scheduled with a new ride very quickly and professionally which I am very grateful for Would absolutely work with this company again The only thing holding back from a 5 star review is that the bust was 10 minutes late and when we called the driver to figure out what was going on the number went to someone who was unaware of the status and not able to help The tardiness was ok it was just a bit frantic trying to get help when the bus didn t show as scheduled However extremely happy with everything else in this hiring experience

The bus driver was super nice and the bus itself was really comfortable Everything went smoothly - The price for the bus is quite expensive- I asked on the phone how long it would take to one city to another and I was asked to check on map which makes sense but it would have been better to let me know that the driver needed a break of 30 min because we had a meeting with the guide at the park at 12 00 and I had to postpone it to 12 30
