Everything fine driver may by more kind

Everything was fine perfect and quick contact with bookabus staff the bus arrived on time clean indoors just the driver was a bit unkind and it spoiled the overall good impression

Great problem solvers

My original bus reservation cancelled at the last minute and the employees at BookABus were able to get me scheduled with a new ride very quickly and professionally which I am very grateful for Would absolutely work with this company again The only thing holding back from a 5 star review is that the bust was 10 minutes late and when we called the driver to figure out what was going on the number went to someone who was unaware of the status and not able to help The tardiness was ok it was just a bit frantic trying to get help when the bus didn t show as scheduled However extremely happy with everything else in this hiring experience

Good experience but a bit expensive and more informations needed

The bus driver was super nice and the bus itself was really comfortable Everything went smoothly - The price for the bus is quite expensive- I asked on the phone how long it would take to one city to another and I was asked to check on map which makes sense but it would have been better to let me know that the driver needed a break of 30 min because we had a meeting with the guide at the park at 12 00 and I had to postpone it to 12 30

Quick service

Quick service but a bit pricy Hellingman is a good company with nice and professional drivers and a great bus One point of feedback would be to be able to adjust the planning of the trip further in advance with the bus company Now it s only possible to get in touch a day before departure In case of an international trip it would be better to do this further in advance

The driver was on time and in the right

The driver was on time and in the right place BUT please make sure that the driver contact info is sent on time I had to call and remind you to send it one hour before the journey I will say though that when I called the customer service was very good and efficient

Good reliable company with nice drivers

Our outbound trip was great very nice driver she was nog grumpy bur very nice and had no problems with us being loud The way back was also a very nice driver only we did not get driver details and he was about half an hour late so was a bit of a search to find the correct number But in the end everything was one
