made a booking once in Thailand for Bookaway and 12Go The operator was late I tried to contact Bookaway s Customer Service online I do not have a local phone number Of course they cannot help imediately but the staff was really responsive and polite

We came in the morning after yagi typhoon the at counter really helping thank you sleeper bus really comfortable with aircond and water bottle toilet very clean driver little bit calm when confront landslide Everything so good

Great service and a very quick response

Easy and quick to organise a minivan from Ho Chi Minh to Vung Tau Very reasonable cost minivan was comfortable and driver was good One stop half way to have a coffee or some food and the company was flexible with pick up location in Vung Tau

Had some confusion over bus timetable changes Asked Bookaway to investigate Answer came back clear and concise and in an acceptable timeframe Easy to deal with when there are difficulties therefore we will continue to use their services and also recommend them

Smooth ride

Smooth ride Easy to book and check in The only thing that would make better is to have designated point location for passengers to wait for ferry once they have checked in We moved to a couple different spots on the dock because we didn t know where to wait

We wasn t sure wether to book as we had been told the tickets were probably fake due to them being available so short notice but we risked it anyway Not long after booking they were in contact with us with information about receiving our e tickets within the next few hours which was great as it made us less anxious When we arrived to the station our seats were reserved and we had a lovely train ride from Ella to Kandy with some beautiful views So glad we decided to book

I booked a ticket on Bookaway com to travel on a coach at a certain time and date with MS Tours from Shkoder Albania to Podgorica Montenegro I arrived at departure coach stop 20 minutes before departure time and waited for the coach to arrive when it didn t show up at official time I decided to wait and see if it was arriving a little late after being delayed enroute so I waited another 75 minutes and when it did not come after time I knew then it was never arriving I emailed Bookaway soon after explaining the issue I had with the coach no show they said they investigate the matter for me and communicate with MS Tours to ask them what happened After doing that they said they would refund me the money and pay it back into my bank account the coach I surmise was cancelled I didn t get what I paid for I e a coach trip so they refunded me my money I am very satisfied with Bookaway and their great customer service its a thumbs up for them from me hope they keep it up in the future
