This company has got a mixed response at best from the public and when I first read the reviews on the website I was a little hesitant to book with them However I had a serious question about getting from one and of a country into another country and they gave me the answer very quickly The answer was easy to understand and the person who answered me was friendly and approachable I thought that would be the last time I spoke to them as the website is easy to navigate and it is easy to find your bookings and read them without getting confused there is easy print options so you don t have to alter the page or edit anything to get tickets to print I did have to contact them again today to say that I had messed up a booking and accidentally booked a coach from one end of Croatia into Slovenia for tomorrow morning I didn t need the ticket until mid august and so started to assume I had lost my money on this ticket cannot change ticket within 24hrs of coach trip but decided to email them anyway to ask if they would change the date for me I thought it would be a straight no however Vivian Luksic the lay who responded to my email was very helpful and changed the date immediately no questions asked I am so overjoyed that it was so easy to do and even time the staff have been polite and easy to talk to I almost feel like we are friends So a big thumbs up form me and my husband
