I researched Boon Brokers prior to going with them They had really positive reviews on Google Trust Pilot and are FCA Authorised Let s just say I couldn t find anything questionable online So I just want to take the time to say thank you to Boon Brokers and in particular Jacob M who was assigned to our case His expertise really helped us and made us feel at ease Jacob handled everything efficiently His communication and professionalism throughout the whole process was above and beyond Jacob explained the whole process during our initial phone conversation and although it sounded overwhelming he really took the time and would ask if we had any questions after every new point so we didn t feel bombarded with new information all at once Jacob is knowledgeable about the different mortgage products on offer and that just made us feel more confident He would clearly explain everything and made sure we understood and if we had any questions Jacob would take his time to answer them which I really appreciated It just made it more straightforward for us His responsiveness to emails was exceptional As a client I do expect a reply and I detest waiting and chasing people for answers Jacob was efficient and swift with his replies Whenever we had a phone conversation arranged at a particular time he was quite punctual Little things such as this stand out if you pay attention I respect that and have a lot of time for people like him Jacob took the time to understand our financial situation needs and work arrangements in terms of benefits due to the nature of our jobs Obviously I must mention the lender pays the broker s commission so we did not have to pay - bonus We were sceptical at first as you get what you pay for Well in that case we didn t have to pay so wasn t sure what service to expect But seriously WHAT A SERVICE I am struggling to criticise We are happy and pleased with the deal which Jacob found for us given the current times The whole process was so smooth Easy to follow system online and understand Jacob sent us protection quotes too with 3 different budget options so this will be the next step for us in the process Mortgage timeline Mortgage broker meeting - 14 01 25Mortgage application sent off - 16 01 25Valuation - 20 01 25Valuation satisfactory - 21 01 25Mortgage offer - 27 01 25I will not hesitate to recommend Boon Brokers especially Jacob to colleagues friends who may need a broker Thank you for going extra mile which may not have felt like that for you but certainly did for us Martin and Nelly
