I cannot thank Steven enough and I really don t think I have enough words to do this review justice For various reasons out with my control it was looking impossible for me to get a mortgage I went to a variety of different brokers high street and non high street and no one could help me I spent hours and hours making phone calls and was getting constant no s Then I found Steven he got to work fast and had a mortgage in principal within the first couple of hours of our initial conversation After a couple of weeks that offer fell through and Steven was right onto the next lender and managed to get another mortgage in principal for me After what seemed like the longest three weeks ever waiting on the underwriters to do their work I got the much anticipated phone call from Steven to tell me everything had been approved I honestly cannot thank Steven enough he was worked so hard to get this in place for me and my family I will only ever use Steven as my mortgage broker from now on and I have already started giving his number to friends and family

I got in contact with The Mortgage Broker Scotland during a particularly stressful time My application through another no fee broker was rejected At this point the broker I was using became quite unhelpful and I felt a bit deserted After months of searching I had finally had an offer accepted and this mortgage issue made me think I was going to lose out on the purchase I did some online reading and got in contact with The Mortgage Broker Scotland My broker Phil couldn t have been more helpful and reassuring He called me on a Saturday and has emailed me on Sundays too The process of applying was much easier and felt less invasive He had an excellent knowledge of lenders I hadn t even known existed And ultimately he got me a much better rate with a lender and a decision in under three weeks I couldn t be more happy The small fee really is just that I d honestly pay it again for any remortgaging because the service was second to none and the rate ended up being better anyway Strongly recommend and a huge thanks to Phil
