A relative sent me an item that I wanted to return and have her money refunded After one month many emails and a promise of a refund NO REFUND Customer service just keeps referring to their partner whom I gather imports Chinese goods and sells them through this retailer What kind of business has no refund policy unless that is clearly stated They also overcharged for the item These people are crooks Buyer beware
