I m happy with my account on BOTS but i m also confused because there are no one to explain how they work bots is a scam be carefull they steal your money if you want to withdraw them ever after they appoved the withdraw so my rading is - 10 and the danish police are building a case against them to retriever my stolen money

Like others have said don t fall for it The only positive reviews come from certificate holders because they get asked to do it by BOTS They have great talk but nothing ever comes of it Transaction costs are raised without notice and dozens of bots that perform poorly are regularly removed There is no quality control prior to the bots being put on the platform Even as a bondholder you think you re somewhat safe but they engage a law firm to inform you that the interest rate will be lowered and the term will be extended They are sneaky entrepreneurs They are now trying to take money from people through the Seedrs round to keep their practices going They have already raised millions in 2021 and 2022 but even that flew right out Mismanagement You ll have a hard time getting your money out of this app once this company goes bankrupt because the user agreement is made with a shady entity in Hungary or Slovakia Do not do business with them It cost me thousands of euros due to poor bots and now even as a bondholder you get screwed

Best way to lose your money app Bots don t perform good at all After a los of 80 my bot was stopped 2 months ago because the bot was not performing according to the standards of Bots They moved the remaining funds to a other bot that was performing according to their standards And now I get a email that that bot is also going to be deleted Don t invest your money in these bots A simple Hodl strategy works 10x better than these bots

The company is legit it is no scam But that s about all I can say on the positive side I have been a BOTS customer from the start The owners have no idea how to run a successfull company in this space They are way too opportunistic and borderline reckless with growing their company instead of doing that in a sustainable fashion This caused the need for major cutbacks when the markets went down which happens periodically so it should be of no surprise at all They shipped incomplete and broken functionality on multiple occasions which caused large losses for customers without any proactive compensation being arranged Also they have no focus on customers at all and no idea how to create sustainable customer relations In short product is bad service is bad Stay away from it

Been over a month now and I ve still not got my money back and they have stopped communicating as well it s an absolute scam please DO NOT DEPOSIT ANY MONEY WITH THESE SCAMMERS You will never see it again Let s put these thieves out of business so please spread the word about these thieving rats
