Scam I had 3 different bots and their final outcome was money loss This was not due market price going down Whole app is focused on nice graphic desing and comercials but when it comes to displaying relevant info they are trully terrible I invested 100 and I am now withdrawing 75 Please do not invest

Pretentious investing money especially in crypto is always a gamble but the bots pretend to have developed an algorithm based on different things than the underlying value but none and I started 11 bots of them made profit

Edit problem has been fixed so I ve improved my review from 1 to 3 stars I can only hope my future experience with the Bots app will keep improving so I can change it to an even higher rating The original review Money still missing 3 weeks after stopping bots I m afraid I feel obligated to write this negative rewiew Something I truly dislike to do I hope the problem will be fixed soon so I can turn this review into a more positive one 3 weeks ago I sold 3 bots 30 of the value vanished nearly 1000 A lot of people are reporting this problem currently Some small amounts and some thousands and thousands of Euro s For three weeks I ve waited for a solution but each week I hear we re working on it Since a lot of people are reporting the same problem I don t dare to sell my other bots with all the risk involved This is a huge problem Each day this problem persists my trust in the app is vanishing If you re interested in Crypto Bots I advise you to look elsewhere for a more stable app The potential is huge though so I might write a more positive review eventually

Moderate app with moderate results by a moderate company I have used the app for a few months and was not impressed by neither the functionality nor the results One thing is clear though the cost are very unreasonable high I also joined the group as investor Based on my experience and further analysis of the company my conclusion is that the money raised is certainly not reflected in the quality and development of the app and the products in the app despite all promises made by the CEO The way the shares can be traded is complex because though Bot facilitates information about shares being offered the information offered is missing some essential information which could be added without any difficulty note the price being offered by shareholders at this moment is lower than the price you have to pay for new shares offered by Bots itself The servicedesk for the app responded rather swift but the quality of the answers was far below average The direct mail contact with Anita was better though and she was very supportive in canceling the process of becoming a shareholder and returned my investment swiftly All in all at first sight a promising Business Class product but in my opinion the promises are not reflected in results and i have no confidence this will suddenly change

Bots io certainly is not a scam I have been on their platform for more then a year now 15 months to be exact I tried almost all of their bots small amounts and big amounts when transfering money back to my bank account never had any problems Bots io is a plaform for many different bot creators Some botcreators have many profitable bots like Dembots and Altrady problem is that they are mostly full Other botcreators have many terrible loss making bots like boosting alpha and team agga the most loss making bots are also full i guess they just blocked them i mean who is eager to put their money in these bots The description of some of the bots is childish and provides little info about what they do The bots app in general works fine rarely they had hicups withs system upgrades but this also happens with coinbase and others My advice is to clean up the platform and remove the bad bots as soon as possible as they are hurting the reputation of the platform tremendously twist the arms of the good bot creators to make more good bots available why not create Reven bot no 2 And so on Provide a more professional description of the bots I am now in a good bot and yes it is still available creating a decent profit in correlation to what the market is actually doing and planning to stick around for as long as possible But it was quite a journey with a lot of disappointments on the way due to bots making a loss while the whole market was moving up get rid of these garbage bots as they will slow down the succes of the platform HK

Banxa took my money and it never showed up in the app Customer services don t bother to respond Eventually I got to communicate with a human who arranged a refund I give 2 as the refund wasn t a refund but instead allocation of funds to my bots io account This process took much longer than it should have It s up to you if you want to take the risk I however will not be adding to my investment on this platform until I see some returns Update - I ve changed my review to 3 because I have now successfully used the banxa payment option without issue and while my investments currently show a marginal loss after a week these bots are designed for the longer term so currently I am not concerned Customer support needs attention

All the messages for this survey are in Dutch Not useful for none Dutch speaking clients in countries that you offer business with Low score also due to slow feedback and WHY DOES IT TAKE MORE THAN 8 days to process a withdrawal request Even if you include manual human check this is way too long I m closing my account

The concept is good but it needs to be polished a little bit This app works with money so it should be much more detailed about how the trading bots work and when is it the best time to run them My concerns -Most of the bots are long bots and they will not perform well during a bearish market condition and it would be nice if you would let this know clearly Most of the bot trading platforms allow users to modify the trading parameters but we have no option to do that in the app That is why clear communication is important -It would be nice to get market info from the app straight by TradingView -Most of the popular bots are full due to market cap limitation so it would be nice to have a notify me button when a bot is available-Excluding the bot s stop loss it would be nice to have stop-loss integrated into the app-Need for a dedicated support team in English too I have received answer to my English question in Dutch Your welcome
