I m Happy with the service BP provides I don t use any other Stations except BP or Shell Would say prices of fuel could be cheaper but I m not complaining they are quite cheap then most

I am writing in regards to a worker

I am writing in regards to a worker called Steve who was working today 08 11 2019 at around 7 30am at a BP Marks and Spencer s SF Connect Church View St Johns road TN4 9TP I have visited a lot of BPs and the one mentioned above i have visited on 2 separate occasions roughly 2 months apart as I was working in the local area and use this BP garage for shopping fuel and facilities and one employee as mentioned above who s name is Steve is an outstanding person to have working at your company I entered the shop on my second occasion and I was greeted by Steve who was working hard replenishing stock at the time with a big smile and a welcoming good morning from him which really kick started my day I then was shopping picking up a few items one was a can of Pepsi max steve see me pick up several cans and immediately approached me and had said that they was doing a 10 pack of cans as he remembers how many cans I go through a day he remembered me from my last visit which was around 2 months ago and I was shocked and pleasantly surprised he would remember such a detail about the things I liked as a customer and a person who he d met maybe once or twice previously This made me feel very important to him as a person and as a customer that he would be so thoughtful and helpful to know exactly what I like and I felt that I was being personally looked after Not only did I see this from him I also see whilst I was queuing that to minimise queuing times he remembered other customers coffee orders and was able to get there orders in prior to them being served at the till which was a fantastic help not only for us customers but also for the others working at the till I never normally write a review unless I have a complaint but Steve really stood out for me today and I was thinking if I had a business and an employee like him that takes such pride and care in his job that he would have a forever place to work and he would be the type of employee that I would want to progress throughout he s career He has the customer service skills and the right can do attitude to represent any company for that matter I thought it would be a good idea to allow you to see what I thought of him as a customer and I am guessing that a lot of other customers must get the same good warm feeling that Steve presented to me I hope that Steve s hard work and great personality doesn t go unnoticed as he doesn t let a customer go unnoticed Round of applause to Steve Kind regards Franki
