Worst Toaster I ever bought
I purchased a Breville Toaster and paid considerably more than I could have purchased any other brand What a mistake It is SLOW and toasts uneven I turn it up to the highest number and one side is barely colored and the other side is not even colored In the opposite slot neither side has any change of color That is not the bagel slot either I thought it was maybe my bread which was either too fresh or maybe too old I put up with this till the warranty had expired so I am the loser I guess one makes some poor purchases in their lifetime and this may be one of mine I would not recommend this product to anyone especially for the price Walter James La Habra CA

Very small appliance - Breville The AirDynamic 3D LPF308
Very small appliance Once set up it s way smaller than an equivalent brand I was shocked how small it was Doesn t generate much airflow Guess I should have checked Choices reviews it only scored 70 not recommend by Choice Breville have put out a toy fan that s disguised as a hair dryer As well you cannot turn the light off on the lcd panel confirmed with Breville Support team Useless for the bedroom Useless as a fan and good for nothing device Poor effort Breville Your engineering team lucked out on this appliance Stick to what you do best Let the other brands design fans

Breville own Sage
Breville own SageBreville own Sage I bought a Sage air fryer oven from eBay which sadly arrived damaged It needed a new heat tube should be quite straightforward to buy a new one No Sage can t get one I have been told the item is made by Breville Australia and they don t have any spare parts Very unhelpful and I would advise anyone to avoid any companies in this group

Don t buy Breville electric kettles
We have a Breville 4 slice toaster and we had a Breville electric kettle Both these appliances were extremely good and easy to use Unfortunately the lid on the kettle boke and I was unable to get replacement parts for it So I bought another Breville kettle - a similar one to what we had so I thought After a week we stopped using it and when I went to Sydney again a week or so later I returned it to the shop that I bought it from They exchanged it for me and I got another Breville kettle Well it s marginally better but it s very hard to see how much water is inside as the window in the side is a DARK colour I m really pissed off about it as I could have bought a much cheaper brand that would have been as good if not better better

Coffee machine fails after making 60 coffees apx
A coffee machine that has been hardly used a coffee machine that has been used only twice a day for 2 months failed and we have been asked to send it for a repair under warranty We have not heard anything since then 4 5 weeks and their support team cannot provide any support except for sending some emails saying they are taking care of the situation I had been told it would take 5-10 days From what I understand they cannot even get an update from their own service contractor Such an incompetency I have now filed a complaint with Consumer Affairs Victoria Just buy from a more respectable brand That has been a lesson for me

BES870 WO00374384 Dear Breville Customer Service I trust this email reaches you I m writing to express my deep frustration as I have yet to receive a response to my previous email sent on October 6 regarding the repair of my coffee machine It has been an additional week since my initial inquiry and the silence from your end has only exacerbated my annoyance My coffee machine has been in your service team s possession since mid-August and the lack of communication has become increasingly intolerable NO REPLY SINCE SEPT 4I rely on my coffee machine daily and the extended downtime without it has been remarkably inconvenient Given the extended period of time and the ongoing lack of response I feel compelled to escalate this matter to Jim Clayton the manager in order to secure a resolution I kindly request immediate information on the current status of the repair and an estimate for when I can expect its completion or replacment Your prompt attention to this issue would be greatly appreciated Furthermore I must highlight that this issue is compounded by the fact that the first machine I purchased began rusting within a mere week and had to be promptly replaced Now my second machine has developed a significant crack and has been in repair for an exceptionally protracted period I anticipate a swift response and a satisfactory resolution to this matter Your attention to this concern is of the utmost importance Why I wasn t offered a replacement for the second machine has me wondering Thank you

The Big One sandwich
I brought the Breville The Big One Sandwich Maker After only using it a handful of times the black non stick coating has started to come off At times stuck to the bread I have actually stopped using it as I am very concerned about consuming something that may be toxic I have attempted to contact Breville however they have zero customer service so much so that you give up in trying to contact them I now need to buy another sandwich maker and it certainly won t be a Breville

This company would definitely win the worst customer service award hands down It has been over three months now and I am still waiting fior a replacement part of a faulty personal blender Several phone calls many emails and still nothing It definitely puts me off purchasing another Breville product of any description ever again Buyer beware
