Following an earlier negative review because I kept being asked to review and hadn t received the mattress I was contacted and received an apology for the mix up The lady I spoke to was very helpful and assured my mattress would be delivered at a convenient day for me Very helpful and courteous delivery men Mattress is brilliant very pleased with quality and comfort excellent product and service

So pleased I bought it

My mattress arrived on Saturday Polite delivery men who had phoned me ahead of time to let me know when they d arrive Took the wrapping off the mattress and set it up for me The mattress is a joy so comfortable soft and welcoming I m afraid I m not going to be able to get out of bed in the morning

Great customer service After a couple of months I decided to change from medium firmness to the softer feel that was absolutely no problem Customer service was excellent as was the delivery both times I am now extremely happy as my mattress is perfect

We chose a firm mattress from Brooke and wilde but didn t get on with it at all We contacted then explaining Without hesitation they exchanged for a brand new soft mattress There is a wait of course as they are made to order but we ll worth the wait Honestly best mattress we have slept on and reasonably priced

Excellent customer service and delivery I spent a lot of time researching online and came across Brook and Wilde s special offer The mattress is premium quality but was so reasonably priced It s so comfortable - definitely the best night s sleep I have had in a very long time Definitely recommend

I would definitely recommend buying a mattress from Brook Wilde Throughout the purchase experience the communication has been good and the delivery was extremely efficient and professional So far I have been using the mattress for a week and so far have found it very comfortable My partner especially likes the mattress and already finds it has greater support than our previous one The quality of the mattress is great and it has good edge support So far I am very pleased with the product

Delivery was within the lead time and exact date given well in advance with a narrower time slot closer to the date The delivery drivers were professional and courteous and put the mattress on the bed and unwrapped and removed packaging Mattress so far is comfortable and worth the money Would recommend to anyone
