Ordered last month and it went missing because DPD left it on the street I ve been trying to contact brother2brother since 20th Dec to arrange a refund and all emails WhatsApp have been ignored I d appreciate a reply please

ordered item 29 12 23 still not dispatched some 10 days later i ve telephoned the company you do straight through to answer phone i ve left messages with no reply i ve emailed with no reply so i m now 90 out of pocket and The Customer Service Dept Obviously not interested I now what a full refund

The worst after sales customer service

The worst after sales customer service I have ever experienced from an online store They had an error in the description of the item on their website So I ended up receiving something to different to what I was expecting The follow up engagement has been painful The don t seem to be taking calls The email and message correspondence is with someone called Tresha who is either overwhelmed by workloads or doesn t care and has become unresponsive despite some initially quick replies Simply shocking service which seriously undermines the high level of good they re selling If I was a supplier I d read this and take note as they re not doing your brand any favours

Bad shopping experience

Bad shopping experience I bought dolce gabbana shirt on their website After 9 days i followed up with their orders team on the delivery until date they havent bothered themselves to respond After 2 days from my email i received the order There was a big stain on front side of the shirt I am not sure how it did pass the quality check of their dispatching team I wrote to them about the issue they don t respond Cheap prices but good luck if you receive a wrong order or you have issue with order or if you wish to return NEVER REPEAT

I dont understand in the first place how I find myself with this company it wasn t the company that I was looking when I click on buy it suddenly jump out of no where I spent 922USD for my purchase on the 6th of January no shipment information I have tried all form of method to reach them from instagram twitter whatsapp facebook call messages but no response I tried to look at the paypal they used to conntact them and find a number I saw there store temprarily closed I don t understand I am so sad

I placed an order a week ago and have not received any notice of shipping even though the website says orders within the US mainland will be shipped the next day I ve reached out to CS multiple times with no success and at this point it seems like I will have to file a dispute with my bank and claim the charge as fraudulent I can t believe there are so many good reviews on Trustpilot It makes me wonder if the company has people writing fake ones

NEVER RECEIVED PRODUCT CAN T GET AHOLD OF CUSTOMER SERVICE

I placed an order a week ago and still have not received any shipping notification even though the website says items will be shipped the next day in the US I paid over US 1K for an item thinking I would have it in time for my trip I have called customer support numerous times only to go to VM and left several VM s and emailed them numerous times but can t get a response Now their website is down I can t tell if this company is a complete scam or just very irresponsible I will be disputing this charge with my credit card for fraud

You may think you are saving money

You may think you are saving money ordering from USA or Canada but NOT Ended up paying extra 220 on shoes for shipping and taxes when my 600 item landed in Canada I payed more than I would buying it local Never ordering from the them again So much for free shipping
