Basically you pay for delivery fair enough you then are dictated to and have to pay for returns Alas unless they sharpen their practices life will be short for the company No facility if you do not have a printer at hand It will have cost me around 10 for the privilege of using the company

Service was great next day delivery was good Loved the hugo boss shirt so much that I had to return it coz there was only 1 size left which was small and it didn t fit me On the return slip did request when getting a bigger size and the reply I got back saying we are not getting anymore now but there are other one you can choose from that range

You can spend 70 at this place and still not get free delivery They need to learn from the other establishments that offer free delivery and return if they want to take it to the next level Their items are good but most is available elsewhere too

I have been trying to contact brother 2 brother and for some reason for my delivery address they have put 2 address and I need to sort this out and I can t get them on the phone or what s app or though email such a poor customer service so now I don t know where my order will be doing and it s expensive it s a expensive item

I ordered a size 9 versace trigrecia but I got a 10 Not happy because my wife mistakenly threw out the return slip after she opens the boxes I kept it I hope my feet grow into it I buy a lot from the company and I hope they they don t make same mistake nexttime Thanks for the reply PETER ive worn it twice since we lost return slip it still looks new and great So don t know if I can still return it for exchange size but would appreciate it if i can gets an exchange

Quick delivery and well packaged but sent incorrect shade of Jeans - no apology and I had to pay return postage and no refund of original delivery postage So I am 8 50 out of pocket through no fault of my own
