The customs clearance cost was huge

The customs clearance cost was huge higher than the value of the product In addition in order to return the product according to the site s instructions I should go to the airport to arrange it meaning extra cost and time It was a really bad experience I am disapointed

Refund of original shipping charge

Order number web306750 Returned heron preston hoodie as was too big Refund was issued very prompy but minus the original shipping charge which i know by law you are entitled to have refunded if you return your full order for a refund I emailed them querying this and was told unfortunately delivery is not free I am well aware of that but also know my rights When informing them of this i have had no further contact Another company breaking the law with seamlessly no consequence for themFurther to your reply yes i know i do not get the delivery charges back as you choose not to refund them but uk law states when a whole order is returned the original shipping charges must be returned to customer You are choosing not to do this there by breaking uk laws I post the following from citizens advice website After returning the goods the retailer should refund you the cost of the goods and the standard delivery cost you paid to get the goods sent to you in the first place

Great product however

Great product However when it arrived the security tag was still on the handle It had been hand packed by someone due to the written ticks and initials left on the receipt of purchase My only options was to send it back or take to a local supermarket which with the busy Christmas period and being heavily pregnant wasn t ideal for either Luckily have a family member that works in a supermarket that could sort it for me But that s not the point it shouldn t have been sent to begin with Other than that I had a fast response from customer service and the product itself is lovely

I am a tab bit disappointed The website only guest user asked for one address which they later was labelled as billing address and delivery address for some reason had an old address I realised it within 24hours of the order and immediately reached our to customer care via email as their phone were switched off At this stage my parcel was not ready nor dispatched and they failed to update my correct address I reached out to both customer care DPD delivery but both of them dint take any responsibility To top it I had even pay extra for delivery

I d used your site before but this time asked I asked to change my shipping address because delivery for some reason had an old address I realised it within 24hours of the order and immediately reached our to customer care via email as their phone were switched off At this stage my parcel was not ready nor dispatched and they failed to update my correct address I reached out to both customer care DPD delivery but both of them dint take any responsibility Also it s supposed to be next day delivery I ve placed my order the 4th and it s not out yet It was before 3pm

Honest review I am not entirely sure this garment is authentic It doesn t have the quality or fit of this brand as I am a huge fan Considered sending it back Contacted customer service but everything seems so sketchy Honestly I don t think I will order from them
