Mix up in order

I ordered a plaque and I gave myself 2 weeks when the plaque arrived on the friday it was for someone else Clearly a mix up had occurred I need it for the following Tuesday for a presentation fortunately it arrived however it caused me a great deal of stress which I can quite honestly do without

Wrong plaque wrong address fake signature

The wrong memorial plaque was sent which is a pretty basic error of attention The correct plaque was not delivered on the stated day It was eventually delivered after the event for which it was ordered but to a completely wrong address and DPD provided a fake of my signature to confirm delivery A disgracefully bad service all round

Awful

I sent a picture of what I wanted and they said they could do it When I received it it wasn t anything like the style I asked for Cheap looking material and it cost me 400 for a A4 size that would of probably looked better if I just printed it The plaque I received looks awful I wouldn t of even paid 30 for it if I had seen it before buying When I contacted them and said it s not like I asked they refused to offer any kind of refund

Very disappointed and annoyed

After a first class response and delivery I attached the new brass numbers to my newly sanded down varnished benches and they looked great Within 4 days they started to discolour and rust So disappointed after spending weeks preparing my garden benches for the reopening of our hotel restaurant Hopefully I ll get a call to discuss the best way forward

Poor service

Poor service although the product was excellent the service we experienced was not up to the same standard and we really had to keep telephoning to get our items in time for the memorial service They were at least 4 days late

Cheap Quality iPhone size product poor Service

Mr Siddique here I ordered for My grandma Grave Order number BE-119267 First prize shows 29 end paid 52 very poor product size like a iPhone size No support very bad quality product can t properly read from distance cheap size and quality so expensive not recommend at all can t except this product very bed experience it s really annoying

Absolutely poor quality and service was shocking Ordered a memorial plaque Customer services not interested Be aware I love the fact that you give such an effort in your reply and you actually take the time to defend yourself If only you showed such effort in my initial contact Obviously overcompensateing yourself

Don t want business

Shocking company I rang for a quote for some steel key tags and the two people I spoke to couldn t wait to get me off the phone I was spoken to like a second class citizen They don t like talking over the phone at Brunel Engraving and will only deal with email which is what they tried palming me off to I was told that a quote would be emailed across to me the same day 4 going on 5 days later and I ve received nothing Appalling service and I ll definitely be taking my business elsewhere
