Didn t send screws and no apologies when I called up about them Paid 300 and no care given by the lady on the phone makes me feel rather cross

The brass and mahogany plaque is actually not mahogany but a piece of wood painted brown It looks very cheap which is was not It also arrived 16 days after it was due to be delivered I have contacted them for a refund but they have declined

Order Order BE-122225 I had a plaque made March 2022 Only had it 16 months and all the black as come off the writing Got in touch with the company and all they can do is for me to send it back and will redo the writing in black again They said there is a charge for this It definitely should have lasted longer than 16 months I definitely don t recommend them

I have already sent one However thank you we were pleased with the result and the offer to change the plaque It looks well in situ and will recommend y our company and skills to anyone that asks

I was expecting a much higher quality than just cheap plastice Looking on the internet I could have got them for a quarter of the price I feel ripped off 11 00 for delivery of a small package

I paid for expedited delivery and it was more than 3 days and the plate degraded within the first night Frankly the quality was awful will send a picture if needed

I am really disappointed with this product After two weeks of being put outside the screws I used of my own as none were included came out and the plaque has fallen off because the screws didn t grip the material Very disappointed

This company took a deposit on an agreed 175 quote then we had Covid so the order never went through Tried to re-order but new quote is 388 which was an inflated price stating material increases which I could not afford they refused to refund the deposit and would not even meet me half way or anything nothing Lost it all

Had high hopes but don t be fooled like we was the so called light oak finish is nothing line light oak it s cheap looking amd mustard yellow amd no wood grain Us ppl are ordering memorial plaques and expect good rhingd but I ve seen them reply to others who have complained and say it says on the website well I can t see it so jot clear enough if it is and they use the word effect I see what they are doing wirh this tbh when ordering such a special rhing for a person who isn t here grieving people are not going to be noticing not clear info are we now and the self adhesive thing we thought meant on the fake crap wood but it s on the actual sovereign base writing part so now gotta make sure it sticks straight Also delivery took longer than the website says I had to email them but they dispatched it the following day I hope the longevity of it will be good as I ve read reviews aboit writing coming off so I hope all will be OK but majorly over priced and wish I checked reviews first or I wouldn t have used them Conning grieving ppl and saying rhingd like it says blah blah on the website is just wrong Make it clear if the wood is fake I expect a reply with it states on the website not interested Re your reply pir plaque was a team effort 5 of us and unhappy with the wood and ive read lots of comments saying the same I contacted you asking where my order is and did a review what are you going to do if I contacted you via your website Nothing You are indeed conning ppl wirh ober priced plaques and the wood lol mustard yellow isn t light oak Your website isn t clear about fake wood as with rhe price was expecting hifgt quality real oak but nope I am not the only one wirh am issue amd I rhink tiur company needs to sort your pricing and website oit so ppl know the truth about whsr they are ordering

I purchased a stainless tree memorial plaque and after just 18 months outside the writing has almost disappeared The company say they do not guarantee the writing will remain visible especially if you put it outside Not sure where they think one would put a tree memorial plaque Very unhelpful response when contacted suggesting I should pay more to get it refurbished
