invoice sent via email which makes online payment easy The attached message needs to make it clear whether the bill is still outstanding - mine said it was paid but it wasn t Good customer service over the phone though sorted it out

The memorial plaque looks just right

The plaque arrived fairly promptly and was a satisfyingly robust piece of stainless steel beautifully engraved The sheared edges were a bit rough and sharp so I smoothed them off with a fine file To save time I had not opted to see the artwork before it was engraved so I was pleased that the main information was in a larger font and looked very professional Delivery was expensive but fast and trouble free and we are very happy with the finished project

Metal sign well printed and looks as if will stand test of time Process straight forward base and post also purchased Only concern might be the wooden base to be used as appears composite material rather than solid wood and I would have preferred thicker for heavier duty screws

Excellent product and efficient system to provide details ours included photo text and bevel edging Only reason why not 5 star was that product is susceptible to grease stains and guidance on sealant would be a great addition

Polite efficient first phone call contact Transferred quickly and promptly to the correct service section Happy to help and take order advised email would follow with details Order confirmed and transferred to the department who would next be dealing Once artwork provided for amendment or confirmation that i was happy advised would then follow to the engraving team Once this was ready advised of delivery etc Only problem encountered was due to mail delivery Would buy from them again if needed

Nice on-line design portal good service reassuring artwork approval process Costs can escalate however I m a 1st time buyer of such an item

Bespoke plaque was beautiful

The customer service from each of the teams from quote design to delivery was fantastic The end result of the bespoke deign was everything we had hoped for The only reason it s a four and not a 5 is that the screws it came with were not very strong and unfortunately one broke as we were fixing the plaque to the bench But woukd definitely use them again and highly recommend

Super sharp memorial plaque

The memorial plaque they produced was very smart indeed Super crisp lettering and the insignia logo was brilliant as well Be very careful indeed in making sure your inscription is accurate ANY error will be included in the pre-production proof even obvious ones so read read and read again before approval

Spoilt by missed delivery

The brass plaques were fine though one of the screws is unusable However the parcel was not delivered as promised Despite waime iting for the doorbell or a knock the driver simply reported by text that he could not deliver and had left a card he didn t
