Customer service is truly exceptional I unfortunately received not only a shortage of my product but also a product that didn t match up to the description of what I ordered I called customer service from the loading dock of receiving my product and Armando Campos has followed up with me PROMPTLY every step of the way since then He helped me to return my product and ensure that my replacement product would be exactly what I was looking for While it was frustrating to not receive my product correctly the first time Armando made the process as hassle free as possible

After an unsuccessful search to match our 10-year old existing honey colored carbonized bamboo flooring we were referred to Build Direct where we were able to find the exact matching product to extend into a residential office space We requested samples and received a follow up call within a few days from your sales rep Caleb Neilson He was very helpful and professional friendly able to answer all our questions walked us through the online order process since it was a small order Couldn t have been more pleased with his assistance the flooring product arrived on schedule and was just installed this past week Very happy with Caleb and our experience at Build Direct

The flooring was gorgeous I received two boxes of samples and could hardly choose just one because they were all so beautiful Customer Service helped immensely with my loads of questions about types of flooring installation and extras we might need They were super kind and always had a time to help with thorough and knowledgable answers The flooring arrived within the given time frame and was just wonderful Hardly any pieces were slightly damaged due to straps being tied down too tightly and most of the boxes were in excellent condition They were light weight and easy to move handle The builder is very satisfied with the quality of the material We chose Harvest -birch engineered flooring and absolute love it
