Sadly no notification that goods had been despatched So discovery that they had been despatched - but no staff to receive them due to Covid was troublesome You cannot contact the courier and they cannot contact me so a farce since my last comments review I m very pleased that all problems have been swiftly rectified superb display panels received and that we enjoy a good business customer relationship Will certainly purchase from Panel Warehouse again

I needed something to store my daughters resin moulds and and bits for her resin work The material looks good it s a very solid piece The driver was amazing and my daughter loves it I was very happy with the product and would definitely recommend Thank you

Real Personal Service not Computer says NO

These guys are just great I have previously ordered quite a few panels in a certain colour and all was great I ordered a couple more online and the lovely Cathy Rollinson picked up my mistake of ordering the wrong colour so just like some would they didnt just make them they checked with me first if I had ordered the wrong colour due to my previous orders How cool is that That s what I call a real personal service Thank you Cathy you saved me money and time I can t recommend Panel Warehouse enough as their products are quality and so is their customer service

Helpful patient customer service and a great product

We were considering using some panels in a very visible place in church to replace some much-loved curtains Cathy completely understood our need for samples of materials and then for patiently waiting while we got agreement on the decision and then approval from the diocese Once we confirmed the order she arranged delivery on a day that was convenient to us and the panels duly arrived The quality seems excellent - I was particularly impressed by the clever two-way hinges between the panels in a set and those who were doubtful about the change have been won over by how nice they look

One of the screens arrived damaged only noticed this the next day after it had been delivered I called the office and with no bother they arranged collection and delivered a new screen very quickly Excellent customer service
