Needed some replacement disks for an old server by my own mistake I ordered the wrong ones Max Clark was a great help finding me the correct disks and refunding me for the mistake drives I will be using them again in the future

Knowledgeable helpful and efficient

I needed a power supply unit for an older desk-top computer and contacted Bulk Devices for help A member of staff namely Sarah Jones was at hand to help locate the one unit that was in the USA Sarah arranged to have the unit shipped to the UK and the PSU arrived securely packed and when I checked unit the voltages were all within range good as new Without the help of Sarah Jones at Bulk Devices I would not have found a working PSU for my computer Sarah was super efficient in her job and I truly appreciate her effort on my behalf

Ordered a rare hard to find high performance motherboard which is out of stock end of life at Dell I was kept fully updated with the status of the order fast easy ordering and shipping was good too with the DHL tracking number provided The reconditioned mobo works great came with the latest BIOS already flashed and has 3 month warranty Great comunication will be certainly using again Thank you Lisa

Obsolete Mission Critical Equipment Obtained

We have recently had a mission critical 3CDSG8 - 3Com OfficeConnect Managed Gigabit Switch fail which is obsolete and when we installed the spare it was also not working it had been in stores since 2011 In addition one of the PSUs had also failed We tried several suppliers and eventually found Bulk Devices who through their Web Chat pointed us in the direction of Jennifer who managed to source one of the required Switches and then a second Switch later on in the day All arrived in good condition and are now installed and working with a known serviceable Switch back in stores Thank you for your prompt assistance

On two separate occasions I ve come across this company when searching for replacement obsolete tech I was wary the first time thought it was too good to be true but on both occasions they ve sourced stock from the US at very reasonable prices and very fast Throughout the process they stay in communication and then provide VAT invoices so it s an all round great service

Exceptional customer service Whilst buying SSDs for our manufacturing company Lisa Taylor was extremely patient hardworking helpful and kind She made such an impression on me that when another supplier let me down I sought her out straight away Lisa went out of her way to ensure I had everything I needed to commit to purchase the goods including additional VAT invoices tracking numbers and discounts The order arrived 24 hours later Please give this lady a raise I couldn t ask for a better experience

I needed a power supply for an antique computer Sarah at Bulk Devices spent a great deal of time tracking down a refurbished alternative for me And despite that when I ended up not going for it she most graciously did not complain Much appreciated
