Well today I had the pleasure of Dealing with Bulk Devices and shared an online chat with Sarah We we re really struggling to get all our orders complete before Christmas as one of PC power supplies had failed Sarah was so helpful in understanding the urgency and went above and beyond to ensure she got us a replacement on a next day delivery I can t thank here enough I would highly recommend this company and defiantly will be using them in the future

Rare spare parts which are difficult to find

Ordered an ADF assembly for my personal MFP which out of sales for quite a while Though the initial order was quickly submitted and paid online the part was not available in the UK Anna Jones was really helpful finding the part worldwide and was so kind updating me regularly on the progress I ve received the part today after about two weeks of waiting which is totally ok considering alternatives either buying a new MFP or not being able to scan at all
