Pleased with how they re handling things

I haven t received any of my purchases in a while due to the Japan postage suspension but I m very pleased with how Buyee have handled the situation First of all before I realised about the suspension I kept trying to pay for postage and Buyee kept declining This frustrated me at first until I realised why And Buyee refunded me every single time straight away They could have easily taken the money attempted delivery knowing it would be returned to sender and have me pay another postage fee - something I ve already experienced with another popular online Japan shop I emailed their customer service with some questions I had and Cristina S was very helpful in explaining the situation and some options I had The Buyee Air Delivery seems like a good option but I m not terribly desperate for my items so I ve decided to wait for the suspension to lift This is also stress-free for me as it appears Buyee has suspended storage fees for my country unsure if this is for everyone however which I hugely appreciate I ve actually continued to place orders with Buyee knowing I ll still have to wait because I know my items are in good hands I realise the suspensions are frustrating for everyone but with a little patience things will slowly get back to normal
