Awesome experience

Everything from the ordering process until receiving the items was amazing My box was marked as delivered and it actually got to me about 2 weeks after carrier s fault and Buyee was very quick to reply to my emails and even opened an investigation to find where it was Luckily I received it shortly after the investigation started but I truly appreciate the quickness of their customer service Totally recommend

They have a very high level of responsibility and good service

I have a Byee account for about 5 years ago I really like this website When I have a problem with what that I don t understand I just chat or Email to Buyee Customer Spport They will help solve it well and quickly More importantly when my email was hacked and then my Buyee account was taken over by a hacker I just chatted and emailed Buyee Customer Support they investigated and returned the Buyee account to me back I really appreciate the good service from Buyee I recommend using Buyee They have a very high level of responsibility and good service Thanks

DONT NEVER EVER BUY A THING AT BUYEE STRANGE excuses different officer-names on replies saved money on BUYEE-account 200 euros for me it is quite a lot of money when delivery time comes they ask to pay on credit card and that page says AN ERROR OCCURRED THE PAYMENT COULD NOT BE PROCESSED MY bids were less than 100 euros and they cannot use the rest on the shipping as well f ckers NEVER BUY AGAIN

I ordered two Japanese Credor watches

I ordered two Japanese Credor watches and chose to use Buyee to facilitate one purchase and a competitor to facilitate the second purchase Buyee received the Credor in two days promptly sent a message and allowed me to select the shipping Buyee sent the Credor out via DHL the package experienced a delay in Japanese Customs not their fault and then went out after the delay cleared Even with the Japanese Customs delay from the time I purchased the watch until it arrived via DHL was eight days Buyee sent consistent updates as did DHL Many write negative reviews based upon purchasing multiple items and having them repacked and sent as one shipment I simply had one shipment sent No issues Buyee provided customs documentation and it all went through well I will use them again The competitor Well they still haven t even taken delivery of the Credor purchased through them the same day Buyee purchased the one received today

My favourite service as a collector

I have been with Buyee since Jan 2022 Since then I have purchased 45 items in total and not once have I had a negative experience Any issues I ve had have been quickly resolved by the very professional and kind Customer Service All the items I ve purchased have been small but rare items I would never get in my home country and without Buyee it would be impossible to find for a decent price Even with shipping and handling fees it s still much cheaper using a proxy that expecting resellers or scalpers to be reasonable with their prices For example an item I got for 15 - including shipping - was 96 on eBay Wth A lot of my items also aren t super fragile so I don t tend to use any of the plans for those items but even then I ve never had an issue I ve received all my items in perfect condition even on a lite plan Once I requested optional protective packaging if deemed necessary but Buyee didn t charge me because the item already came with protective packaging from the seller I like using Mercari and Buyee always have some kind of coupon for this site in particular which I take full advantage off I find the best purchases on Mercari and as a collector I m so glad I have Buyee as an option You get 30 day free warehouse storage package consolidation a range of shipping options the website is incredibly easy to navigate and the translation option makes things much easier and I feel more confident with my purchases I m saddened to see the recent negative reviews but a lot of them appear self-inflicted from not understanding the process of how a proxy works or the fees plans included for their service They re not just going to buy you items for you for FREE - that s not how a business works And opting in or out of a plan is your own choice and if you don t pay for the plan you don t get the added service Obviously buying from Japan is not cheap and I m baffled by the amount of people who think the fees are unreasonable I buy a lot of figures and merch from Japan and Buyee s prices are not much different in terms of shipping costs with EMS or DHL Anyway I have another package on the way and items in storage as I type this I plan on doing more shopping when I get paid I have no intention to stop using Buyee any time soon and am always grateful for their service

Recommend Buyee for Yahoo Auctions and Mercari

I have used Buyee for a over a year to purchase several books on Japanese architecture mostly on Yahoo Auctions in Japan where sellers typically will not ship to the USA They Buyee service has been great - they have a sniping option for the auctions and their fees are up front and transparent I have cross-checked their shipping fees with the Japan mail and DHL and they are not marking them up The packages have arrived on time and in perfect condition well-packaged Recommended highly
