Hi please help
Hi have tried to access customer care with no success Hopefully you will be able to respond to my problem here I have been using the Byoma de puff brighten eye gel Unfortunately it has caused a reaction to my skin I stopped using it- the irritation ceased but returned as soon as I used it again

Broke at first use- awful products
My daughter was excited to get Byoma Liptide Lip Mask as part of her Christmas present On the first use the brush has broken off and fallen into the bottle and can t be retrieved Very poor quality products that are not worth the money I have a photo to show this

Would put 0 however won t allowPlaced an order on 6th December for 50 worth of Xmas gifts for my niece who has been sucked in by their marketing to teenagers via social media ordering was a nightmare and for some reason first order failed had to order again which I did I have had 0 updates from them and still no items have arrived I have chased them relentlessly to be told the same it s in our warehouse being processed quick enough to take your money but not quick enough to send your product I ve paid for I needed this item before Christmas Then to top it off I have a DPD tracking sent to me yesterday however no parcel I conact DPD who tell me they have no parcel recieved from the sender just data and the tracking was an error their side most likely since they have had the data for the order for a while I will be taking this further as this is just shocking service and ripping people off over the festive period

Useless company
Useless company Placed an order on 27th December for my daughter s birthday Didn t even get shipped until the 8th January and I still haven t received it as tracking doesn t work and DPD keep delaying my parcel every day I ve even changed to collect it from a pickup point so I can get it but it s still getting delayed My daughter s birthday has been and gone and still no sign of 60 worth of byoma products Customer service are useless say they will look into it and don t even bother to get back in touch
