I had an issue with a purchase that required service support and although the initial service was only average their internal process kicked in and more accountability and ownership of the issue was demonstrated and applied The lady I ultimately dealt with was apologetic and took full ownership which was all I really wanted More than happy with the outcome and will shop again- recommended

Cadburys their customer service as wonderful as the chocolate

I had ordered a personalized huge bar of Cadburys Dairy Milk plus an 18th birthday Selection Box for a family member whose birthday is next week The parcel should have arrived on Monday but didnt still hadnt arrived today so contacted Customer Services Cadburys who were absolutely brilliant Fran Coates dealt with the complaint and a replacement parcel already on its way Can t thank Fran enough delighted as was really concerned about the gift as will make my Granddaughter s day

I ordered 3 bars of Happy 18th Birthday chocolate for my daughter s friend s upcoming birthdays Unfortunately the packaging had been damaged in transit and one end was open which resulted in 1 bar of chocolate being missing I contacted Cadbury Gifts Direct today to explain the issue I received an email from Fran Coates in response to my missing chocolate bar and she very quickly dealt with my issue and has arranged a replacement bar to be delivered Which is fantastic customer service Thank you Fran
