Appalling service
Appalling service Gift was to be delivered last Friday for an 80th birthday party the following day So called local delivery driver couldn t find the address and didn t bother to phone the recipient for directions Delivery was finally made today Monday 72 hours late No customer recovery efforts made

Great customer service from start to finish One of my orders couldn t be delivered as it needed to go special security checking site which I wasn t aware of Steve was so efficient and sorted the redirection out and kept me informed right up to successful redelivery Will definitely use Gifts International again Would highly recommend

Great for sending chocolates champagne and a bespoke note by courier The courier DHL delivered to the wrong address but customer service was exemplary and tracked down the parcel whilst sending out a replacement at the same time Best customer service I ve come across in a long while

World class service on a short timeline
I had a VERY last minute request to send x8 bottles of champagne to 8 different people to arrive next day I gave Yvonne the request at 3 55pm and her team turned it abound for me in 15 minutes and the service was incredible highly recommend Thank you
