Appalling service Gift was to be delivered last Friday for an 80th birthday party the following day So called local delivery driver couldn t find the address and didn t bother to phone the recipient for directions Delivery was finally made today Monday 72 hours late No customer recovery efforts made

I had a VERY last minute request to send x8 bottles of champagne to 8 different people to arrive next day I gave Yvonne the request at 3 55pm and her team turned it abound for me in 15 minutes and the service was incredible highly recommend Thank you

Great for sending chocolates champagne and a bespoke note by courier The courier DHL delivered to the wrong address but customer service was exemplary and tracked down the parcel whilst sending out a replacement at the same time Best customer service I ve come across in a long while
