Today I spoke to a lady called Alana from the enquires department Cadent tried to gain access to my father s address yesterday but after him having a bad mental health day he was not sure to let the engineer gain access After speaking to alana on ways to reassure my father that the engineer was legit she had sent a engineer out that showed a I d card straight away to reassure my father Alana if you ever see this thank you so much for what you did today your customer service help was superb and also very caring

We rang the helpline because we could smell gas internally Shannon was great on the phone and was very helpful told me that a engineer would be out in 2hrs thanks Anyway within half an hour Stuart the engineer found the problem and sorted it out he was great and pleasant and put at ease So I would just like to say thank you very much Great result

Gas leak

Had an issue with the gas in my property recently and was referred to Cadent Anton 60005694 arrived within an hour and helped find the issue very very quickly when others couldn t or wouldn t help Very impressed with him and how professional he was Highly recommended

Extensive work in south Buckinghamshire

Cadant are undertaking extensive work in south Buckinghamshire to replace gas mains They also had to replace our service pipe These 3 men have renewed our faith in profesionals They went to a great deal of trouble to put the pipe where we wanted it so avoiding an unsightly box on our art deco property They were polite left the job clean and tidy They kept us informed at each stage of their work Great service

We smelled gas from our gas metre outside Contacted our gas supplier was given Cadent we were answered straight away stayed on the phone until we turned gas off given advice on what to do wait up to 2 hours We had an engineer in under an hour changed some pieces from the metre it was emitting some gas Came indoors checked our gas was working all in under 1 hour Great service thank you Cadent

Today we had reason to call Cadent Gas Emergency believing we has a possible gas leak due to a very pungent odour in an area near a gas fire The initial phone call was handled quickly and professionally Tom arrived within half an hour and did a thorough investigation and check on every gas appliance in the house Fortunately we have no issue regarding gas We would like to thank Tom for his courteous polite and friendly attitude He dealt with the situation with skill knowledge and professionalism Unfortunately for us we now think we may have a decomposing rodent beneath the floorboards

carbon monoxide alarm visit

I had carbon monoxide alarm going off and I have called the national gas emergency service so they have send me an engineer from Cadent Matt the engineer arrived swiftly after my call and was extremely helpful He checked all appliances and gas meter box was talking me through the process and also what to look out for I had a great experience and appreciate Matt s help thank you

Service from Cadent was outstanding we can t fault the company Response within in couple of hours and due to gas being off engineer supplied a electric heater and following day commenced the work Staff working for Cadent worked hard throughout the day to get the gas back in service Great service and keep up the good work

I reported smelling gas in my house Within 30 minutes an engineer was on site He discovered that the leak was coming from an old disconnected supply Called in his colleagues who found the old pipe and capped it off All of them were extremely polite and very efficient and ensured that my boiler and Aga were up and running before they left
