No Service or Responsibility at Caitlin Bacher
I joined this program with a great deal of excitement The testimonials were so good and promised so much - was I a fool to believe them Were they in fact made up This program is expensive 25 000 AUD for the year The step by step program is good You re paying through the nose for it - but it is good in the main The problem is with service support and what they call their Facebook private community - which is not in fact a community at all It s a random bunch of people with no interest in or regard for others in the group Ask a question - 65 people read it and 2 respond - that s not a community If you try to get support from the coaches you can email a customer service email not the coach and if customer service can t respond they pass it on The problem with this is that it s some sort of three way system of communicating rather than a two way system and because of this everything is delayed and feels heavy and cumbersome The aim of this exercise seems to be to minimise the time and effort the coach puts in - why - to minimise the coach s salary There are other ways to protect the coach from being contacted too often Also I was told on the consult sales call that I could email the coach every day if I wanted that I would get a great deal of support - well that was simply not the truth and not the case Instead of that kind of support I couldn t get an email answered by anybody If you ask the coaches a question in the Facebook group you will only get a very cursory response and then they close the conversation without warning The customer service people DO NOT respond to emails - for weeks And when you email someone else because you can t get a response they rouse on you for not sticking to the email they ve told you - even though you can t get a response with that email These people could not care less about their students customers The place is very self focused and only interested in doing the least amount of work possible It s set up to benefit them - they are not interested in you Of course they should benefit themselves but they should also benefit the students paying the hefty fee - which they do not There is a complete disconnect and dissonance between what is sold on the consult call and what is delivered - it s the old overpromise and underdeliver Yes I ended up being rude to them Who could blame me The problems with customer service email responses and Facebook coach responses happened from the outset - the first day I was enrolled So I have handed over 2 000 AUD and I can t get any type of response and I can t start because they won t respond The organisational culture of this place is all about serving themselves not the customer and taking no responsibility for their behaviour and the consequences of their behaviour It s a very toxic culture for the customer with many workplace performance issues They have no idea how to resolve a problem They treat students like naughty kindergarten children with no adult agency At the beginning of the course I asked for feedback on things I had already done They refused to do that and said I must follow their program to get the right results I went along with that However this program is based on the student having an email list and you don t find that out until Phase 2 about two months in When I questioned them about the necessity of an email list for Phase 2 they told me that in Phase 3 there would be lead generation strategies When I got hold of Phase 3 which I bought online for a drastically reduced rate you guessed it there were no strategies for lead generation if you didn t have an email list - but they don t tell you this If they had told me the whole program is based on an email list I would never have signed up This amounts to sales subterfuge I found it to be an extremely distressing situation that treated me with complete disrespect disregard and dishonesty - they don t deliver on what they sold you Don t waste your money or your stress levels

I m writing this review to save you from making the same financial and emotionally draining mistake that I made I rarely write reviews but this one has to be written This is the absolute worst program I have ever invested in after investing in many high ticket programs For 20K you can t get one person to give you any feedback on your sales page check-out pages email copy nothing You re promised coaching around lead generation using paid advertising which is why I joined but there is nothing of the sort and you don t learn that until months into the program That was one of many false promises Most of the other students in the private Facebook community seemed frustrated mad disappointed and annoyed If you posted that you were frustrated not getting results were confused they would delete your comment immediately and say it goes against community guidelines This was their way of making it look like their members were having a positive experience when in fact they were not I spoke to over 20 other members via private message who were also having a terrible experience and felt trapped because they have a no refund policy That s the only way for them to keep from going broke The coaching inside of the program was terrible When you ask any question the coaches just ask the question back to you and don t offer an ounce of useful advice Out of the 180 people who were in the program it seemed like maybe 5 were having any success and the rest were feeling very frustrated Those 5 were also paying ad mangers to help with lead generation since SWS didn t do that even though that was in their promise Since then I have invested in other programs that have helped me recoup my SWS losses and scale my business with ease I would 100 advise you NOT TO INVEST in this program It makes me sick that they are still taking peoples money and offering the terrible service they do I have lost a lot of sleep over this and do not want that to happen to you DON T DO IT

Extremely disappointing I don t even
Extremely disappointing I don t even know where to start The emotional toll and waste of time was way more expensive then the financial investment LUCKILY I was able to break my contract after 7k in The total cost of this program is 24k Caitlin s team IS NOT proficient enough to be commanding this price tag I have invested in numerous high ticket programs and can only say positive things about all of them accept Scale With Success If you are considering this program ask them how many students they have actually successfully helped scale There would be your answer right there Also ask them the experience and expertise level of their coaches who will be coaching you on your digital marketing business If you want a human design expert and an integrative nutrition coach and a fitness center owner coaching you on your digital marketing business then this might be a right fit but for me I expected digital marketing experts at a 24k price tag They are not This program promises a repeatable model and then their coaches instruct you to do things that model advises against For example in Caitlins curriculum she tells you to keep your course 2k and under but then one of the coaches told me to raise my price to 3k or 4k Then another coach told me that in her 4 1 2 years at scale with success they NEVER scaled one single course above 2k Obviously this was totally confusing for me and injured my mindset and faith in the course I tried speaking to them about my concerns and they ignored me This program is worth 2k tops Save your money They won t answer your emails if you send feedback You won t get any eyes on any aspect of your funnel Even if they put their eyes on it do you really want feedback from a human design expert on your landing page copy I know that when I invest 24k in a program I expect the best I m not looking to pay that kind of money from someone who is basically a peer

Terrible coaching poor service
Signing up for the program was interesting I wanted to scale automate my digital course sales in a way that made sense and what was presented in the sales pitch seemed to make sense Running the numbers they claimed would be no problem I could easily see how I could turn a profit from this investment fairly easily The first part of the program is setup-heavy which is fine but it left a bad taste in my mouth that they wanted you to hack on over-priced bonuses as a way to boost your sales show that you re giving value at just 10 of the cost eye roll When you get into the execution time to start selling it s all about Facebook ads and Facebook groups They let you know that they teach about that in the sign up process but they don t tell you that they ll refuse to teach you or help you on anything else Facebook never has probably never will work with the people I need to sell to but when I asked the coaches for some advice or suggestions on how to adapt to non-Facebook platforms I was repeatedly shut down with You can t complain about our system if you re not following our system exactly Gaslighting at its finest and I could never get any advice beyond Facebook no matter how I tried to angle my questions or how kindly I asked If you try to ask for support from the community of fellow entrepreneurs who might be able to help you they delete your post almost immediately because it s not in line with what they teach To add insult to injury they absolutely will not let you out of your payment obligations if the course isn t meeting your needs even if you have proof that what they sold isn t what they re delivering Avoid at all costs Please Save your money and look elsewhere

Definitely a promising sales pitch great lead magnet s the whole shebang Sounds very intriguing well presented value-add So well I kept trying to get in touch over several weeks Trouble is I never get a real response All I get are automated email sequences and more drip-fed sales emails This is not foreboding well for actually working with this consultant

This program has some helpful elements but it is not worth what they charge I followed every step and ended up selling 2 courses They could charge about 1500 and it would be worth it perhaps not 15000 Following their instructions I ruined my list by over messaging them and their response was they weren t going to buy anyway Not helpful

Terrible experience Huge loss of money and 0 sales in the end Be smarter than me don t waste your money Let s put it simply as a young entrepreneur coming from the corporate world I had no clue how to promote my work and to get new clients This programme SWS sounded very appealing some would say too good to be true and they would be right SWS offers to guide you along a unique funnel strategy using a very practical step-by-step approach that will give you all the best practices to skyrocket your business within a year Of course there is no guarantee of success fair enough but SWS claims that following their method will give you the best chances to see your business flourish So first of all their unique funnel strategy is everything that you have already seen free masterclass email campaign blablabla The only thing that seemed unique to me is the number of side platforms apps you have to subscribe to in order to implement their funnel these subscription costs are of course excluded from the price of SWS which means that on top of the 15000 for SWS you have to pay 100 -200 extra per month The implementation phase is unnecessary long at least a month or two and force you to subscribe to the side apps platforms from the beginning while you make no money That s for the technical part For the learning of to grow your business part it s nothing else but the same old ideas you see everywhere basic principles of online marketing for beginners what is a USP how to fine-tune your niche etc Trust me nothing revolutionary in the form nor in the substance Spoiler alert I could not finish the programme After one year of membership I was still struggling to finalize the technical and learning part and I gave up guess what I had to work double to pay it all the technical platforms they make you subscribe to implement their funnel A vicious circle The moment I cancelled all these stupid side subscriptions has been a huge relief Ultimately SWS is not a fraud or a scam you do get access to a marketing course no success has ever been guaranteed by them and the responsibility to implement the programme is yours and yours only It s just a very bad business coaching programme and I am ashamed I fell into this marketing trap Be smarter and save your money
