I did not receive my first lot of samples Emailed them and they said they couldn t track it and blamed Royal Mail So ok I gave them the benefit of the doubt Then they said they d sent them again Never received them Emailed twice more No response and I really don t think Royal Mail is always to blame as I m receiving my post It would be a good idea for them to respond to emails It does look bad They were supposed to be a treat for my mom at Christmas No chance now

Extremely poor service
Extremely poor service lack of communication lack of clarity I ordered an item for up coming mothers day OVER a week ago no update I emailed them to be told that Yodel has had the item all this time they didnt even check the status It took a call to my bank to action a Charge Back to my card that my bank sorted out swiftly I have bought from this company twice before never again Im affraid The sporadic communication is beyond sluggish They do not care about their customers and the love at teh end of their emails given the situation I was in was beyond patronising Its a shame as I wanted my mum to have a certain item for mothers day I cannot recommend this company there is zero reliability or communication

I ordered a candle on February 14th still have not received it Kept getting automated messages saying sorry for the delay Finally got an email saying we will send you your order in 24 hours Still not received it I have just requested a refund Appalling customer service Do not use

Ordered a Personalised First Home candle for 17 99 with map of street address of the new home in a heart shaped graphic Quality of the graphics is so poor you can barely make out the map and definitely not the street name which was the whole point of the item Contacted with a complaint and had no response to date Poor value item
