One week after purchase still nothing shipped

UPDATE On 07 11 the order was shipped All in all it was a stressful experience but still much better than i thought initially The main stress point is the lack of communication from support team or any other I believe if the communication is improved there will be much more happy customers even if the whole process is still slow Previous update I have received email from the company after the review was posted and was promised for the heater to be finally sent Will post the update if that is done Original review I wish i found this site before making a purchase My order was never shipped and none of their contacts is reachable It s been a week of me constantly writing calling to them with absolutely no result I m reporting to authorities but this won t get my money back unfortunately
