Poor Customer Service
I purchase items online all the time and this company has horrible customer service Only half of my order arrived and I ve contacted the company twice which can only be done by email No customer service number to understand when the remainder of the order will arrive or to get a refund and have not heard back I m giving it a few more hours before I go ahead and stop payment with the credit card company Overall I cannot place orders with a company that can t have better customer service because it s too much of a hassle to have to follow up so many times and contact the card company to file a dispute While their product sounds like a high end product the service is very poor for the caliber of the product

Package never arrived
I wish I can even give a review on the lunch bag and duffel bag that I purchased but I never received it FedEx stated that it was delivered but is no where to be found I reached out to customer service While she was kind the information I received was not helpful at all They cannot file a claim for stolen goods with Fedex and unwilling to do anything else to help me other than to tell me to contact the police which I I already know won t do me any good It s like saying you re on your own Basically I just lost my money and the company won t do anything to help me It is very unfortunate as I was really looking forward to my purchase

Read reviews and stay away
I can t believe I didn t read the reviews ahead of time I purchased a suitcase and 6 days later got an email for early access to up to 45 off and sure enough the suitcase was 50 less I had not used the suitcase yet Like others said no phone number to call only email So o asked for a price adjustment so I dont have to send back to return for 25And all they did was say no price adjustments past 5 days and sent me a link for their policy They apparently don t want loyal customers I was ready to purchase moreNow I will send my friends to the many other suitcase companies out there They seem to forget they are in a pure commodity business with several competitors Treating customers right is not their top priority

Lack of Customer Service
Their customer service is seriously lacking I order the Kaya bag and received the Kaya LAPTOP bag which is a bit bigger I immediately emailed them as requested letting them know that I really needed that correct bag by the 31st and was told that I could either get a refund or ship a new bag either way I would need to send the wrong bag back no problem I emailed them 3 times to confirm that the new bag would be here and when I would receive the shipping label for the wrong bag and haven t heard anything even when I paid money I have the CORRECT bag

This company is a JOKE no phone number to contact a human Emailing takes forever and you don t get anything other than a useless blanket statement that is WORTHLESS They don t make you sign for your luggage which is odd I bought a set that wasn t delivered and they could care less They do NOTHING No offer to send a new set with a signature guarantee- NOTHING SAVE YOUR MONEY I hope this place goes bankrupt they are 10 10 the most useless unhelpful joke of a company ever Eff you calCRAP

ITEM not shipped and customer service terrible
Terrible terrible customer service They didn t send one large luggage in my order and has been very painful to get a response from them No direct phone to call Emails they reply 2-3 days with questions and when you give them all pictures packing slips etc then they don t answer After 2 weeks I am still on the fight in the middle of my holiday trip and without my purchased item

I can literally only reiterate what everyone else is writing wish I would ve checked trustpilot earlier This company is a no-go The bag I bought was on sale for 20 less than usual just for them to have a reason to preclude any returns Of course the quality was pretty cheap and the bag was much bigger than suggested on the website

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY CUSTOMER SERVICE WILL NOT RESPOND I received a damaged suitcase There is no phone number to call so I emailed photos on 5 31 On 6 5 customer service replied and offered me 3 options one of which was to return the item with a prepaid label provided by them I replied right away confirming that I d like to return the item for a full refund I ve followed up 5 times and I still haven t received the label today is 6 14

Customer experience is sub par If you order direct they charge your credit card on date of order and will not ship for two weeks They will drop ship Nordstrom order right away I contacted them and the response was a 3-5 business day before reply due to holiday activity And they only work Monday through Friday this is retail and Christmas I wish I had read Facebook reviews Typical California company it s all about them and not the customer
