Excellent customer service

I ordered 2 girls swim skorts along with tops for my daughters to my P O Box I got notification the package was delivered at USPS on a Saturday 7 29 I go on Friday 8 4 since I had been out of town to pick up the package only to be told my the post office that it seemed that my package was placed in someone else s P O Box and it happens Talked to the supervisor at USPS and said she said you ve been a victim of theft contact the seller and tell them you were a victim of theft although it was their mistake and it happens I contacted Calypsa and they responded right away got me another order and sent it to me No hussle or arguments just responded in a very professional and friendly manner and sent me my package once again BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER Thank you Calypsa Customer Service Team

Shipping was odd item quality good

Shipping was odd it was sent way out of the way even though I paid for expedited shipping Company was gracious enough to refund me that shipping price so I can t complain Item was of good quality Did not include the shorts I thought it did but that was my fault I should have read that fine print
