Tops too small hoping for great customer service

We received the bathing suits today and my wife loves them Unfortunately the tops are too small and we will need to exchange them for mediums up top After reading the reviews on this website I am hoping that customer service will be able to exchange these but seems iffy To top it off there is no overnight shipping and we are going away on our honeymoon next week so I doubt they will get here in time Really wanted new bathing suits for it 8 14 23 Mandy from customer service contacted me and offered to send the three tops in the right size for free and no exchange

I did submit a negative review previously and since I did this MANDY has replied and helped me tremendously I must admit the sizes are small but the customer service is great MANDY has replaced my original order with another one and I am still having size issues but MANDY has assured me she will dispatch another one foe me

Amazing The bikinis and service I couldn t recommend it more The quality is good especially for the price you pay for top and bottoms together The size guide is very accurate I didn t check it so had to exchange There was no problem with that whatsoever So helpful and so efficient Got more than I wished for Honestly I don t understand why so many negative feedback And I m in uk Amazing

Vibrant prints and good quality

The quality of these swimsuits are really nice Their little labels give them a very high quality look The prints are vibrant and the stitch work is flawless I would definitely recommend this company I m very tall One outfit was not quite right on me the high waist probably because I have high hip bones so my only recommendation would be to make swimsuits bikinis in various body types e g petite tall and average

Great choice excellent customer service support

Thought that there was a lot of choice with colours types sizes etc The bikinis that I bought were very good quality 2 bikinis didn t suit me the customer service team were very quick to respond helpful in letting me order 2 new items which they sent out to me without a problem and not requiring the 2 unwanted bikinis to be returned I would definitely use this company again
