INCORRECT SIZING ON WEBSITE
I purchased an item according to the size chart on Camilla s website and the dress was too big Upon explaining through several emails I would like to exchange the item for a smaller size the company refuses on the grounds the item was a final sale Camilla taking no responsibility for their error in fact quoting we trust our customers with sizing when making a purchase Very poor customer service on the part of Camilla wherein they write xx s on their email notations and give the impression they are angels No angelic atmosphere in that company from Racael and Anastasia Even told them the dress was for Christmas

Online order return and refund No communication
I am in Tennessee USA Ordered an 850 dress online which I received timely It didn t fit correctly I did receive the return approval and an RA number label to return it to an address in New York I sent it with tracking which shows it was received by Camilla on 3 30 23 by someone named Jean I sent an email message on 4 11 23 asking for acknowledgement of receipt and when I can expect my refund I got the automatic respibse saying someone would resond in 2 or 3 days I have sent 2 more emails and have heard nothing No refund It is 4 17 23

If they had great customer service
If they had great customer service particularly online i would rate my purchase a lot higher to reflect the clothing However no point in spending on high end fashion online when on sale if you cannot return for a different size It s not always right when it states sizing because I chose my usual size and the item is much too big Camilla s team just repeat that it s policy is not to accept exchange or return sale items I wasn t asking to return in exchange something different just a smaller size They absolutely refuse to provide a service Im now stuck with an expensive item I cannot wear It will cost me a lot to get it altered Absolutely crazy Camilla s team call themselves Angels and even add xxx to their emails after not providing a service I thought everyone should know before you buy A great shame and I do wonder if Camilla herself knows this is happening the policy is unfair and outdated

Disgusted They sent my expensive dress express post and it disappeared Zero regard for me and now ignoring all communication regarding this matter I have opened a dispute with after pay The customer care is absolutely disgusting High end name and the worst customer care and blatant theft I will be taking this further

Absolutely the worst experience of my life I shop at Bloomingdales Saks Neiman Marcus etc and I am spoiled with high quality customer service NOT here I bought 800 kaftan didn t fit so I want to return it you can t just return it you have to get approved for it Ok fine 5 emails later and 2 weeks begging to provide me with instructions return number and label I yet to hear from them You can t just return it yourself unless they give you the return NUMBER Nobody answers the phone either Total disaster NEVER AGAIN

Never buy a product from Camilla
Never buy a product from Camilla I received my parcel just 4 days ago from the post office and booked the return immediately but it has not gone through the system I have to check with the post office To get the item they did not send it to my house and the policy return is 2 weeks from the day Camilla posted the item they are not allowing me to return It is expensive and the item does not fit wasting a lot of money

Visited the Adelaide Burnside store on Saturday 23 3 24 I was looking to purchase a dress for a wedding I was extremely disappointed with the service or lack of it My partner and I entered the store were not acknowledged by either of the two women standing chatting to each other at the counter We continued to wander around the store with still not assistance or acknowledgement that we were even in the store we were the only customers in there It s fair to say that we left rather disappointed and frustrated as I did like some of the items however due to the way we were ignored changed my mind about making a purchase I went on to Zimmerman and received the service which one would expect making a purchase there

Awful Just awful Products received are absolutely nothing like images online Received no response from seller and tried multiple times Thank God for using PayPal and getting my money back what a waste of time and money Spent 75 dollars on literally a dress that was made out of felt material suppose to be wool and a sweater that was not worthy for my dog
