Aweful platform aweful service Complicated rules that make it impossible to know whether or not you are qualified for a bonus 1 Add money to wallet 2 place bet 3 wait until match played4 write to customer service to get your bonus5 find out that they do not believe you qualify for the bonus I would have never placed the bet if it did not come with the bonus Customer service is slow and not very helpful Limited knowledge Advice make sure to not let them close the chat and contact you by mail They ve done that to my chats at least five times with technical issues they cannot resolve here and now If possible - I d go elsewhere not Betinia as they share customer service
