Poor customer service business

Poor customer service business practicesThis review is regarding my second order in a 1 1 2-month period I purchased an oil sampler this time Their website offered to send a free sample an extra 1 oz bottle of your choice of fragrance with instructions to enter your choice in the Notes box which they clearly stated When I didn t receive the sample I called customer service and was on the phone for just OVER 30 MINUTES FOR 3 Placed on hold at least 10 times even sent a photo of their packing slip which showed my note with my fragrance request I don t think they believed me because they couldn t find what I explained to them that their website showed Who would have thought that I needed a screenshot to prove what I was explaining Apparently they were no longer doing it in their amateurish way but had their system programmed so that your sample choice would be added to your order list at zero dollars After I wasted 30 minutes of my time on the phone with the rep they would not send the free sample but instead said they would give me a 3 discount on my next order That is not a professional way to do business If I forget to send something in someone s order I send it at my expense not give them a measly discount on their next order because I realize there might not be a next order Also processing takes too long and shipping is too high as others have written I guess The Flaming Candle doesn t need any more customers

Nothing but good things to say about TFC

As long as you read the processing times and plan accordingly this is honestly the best company I have worked with so far I have had 0 issues on at least 10 bulk orders I mention the processing times because at the top of their website which you apparently can t always see on a phone sometime s it ll say Now processing orders from 2 7 Let me really begin with their fragrance oils Some of the best I have purchased I have tried a few companies but this one is by far my favorite They are strong They are accurate They have gotten my own company great reviews When something is not in stock you have the option to put your e-mail address in and they really do e-mail you when it is back in stock Their prices are also very fair Customer service is also fantastic As mentioned above they e-mail you when things are back in stock If you e-mail them asking about an order they get back to you the same day usually within a couple of hours If you d like to change an order after it has been placed you can absolutely e-mail them and they will add or remove whatever it is you requested For any reason say you had something in your cart for a week and then placed your order and it is no longer in stock you are then instantly notified They are very pleasant to work with I have also purchased cotton wicks from them If you re looking for a specific brand and they re out of stock they have a wick chart which gives you the opportunity to compare other ones for similar outcomes I have tried a few they have all worked wonderfully Nothing bad to say there I would like to purchase wooden wicks through this company however they are a little pricy for me I do buy the wood wick clips through TFC though They are great quality and very fairly priced I have noticed that you do need to keep an eye on the products you ll need I began ordering in advance as last holiday season it was difficult to get the wax I wanted I ended up ordering a variety of different brand soy wax due to this but non the less they had SOMETHING that would work Sometimes it turned out to be 2 20lb bags of wax if I was in a pinch but they had it Also yet another product that was very fairly priced especially in comparison to many other companies If you often place bulk orders in my opinion this is the place to go They have definitely earned my trust and respect

I find it strange this website isn t 5 stars I get literally all of my candle and now soap supplies there and I never have a problem with anything and I ve made 10 orders

The properly sized wick

Review of 60-44-18 Zinc Core 6 Pre-Tabbed WickI bought a beautiful candle made by I e The scent is wonderful but the candle did not burn to the edges of the bowl A friend experienced with candles told me that the wick was too small Flaming candle steered me to a properly sized wick and I melted the candle in a double boiler and swapped the wick Much better Good pricing and fast shipping Thank you

Quality candle-making supplies lower shipping costs

Candle wax and other candle-making supplies are heavy so I looked for a supplier that was geographically closer to me Flaming Candle has excellent products good customer service and quick shipping Thank you

I order from The Flaming Candle almost weekly for my small candle business Everything is always of the highest quality my orders always ship quickly and all my items are packaged very well I highly recommend this company

I ve only been dealing with TFC for a few months and am satisfied with their service and products Great delivery time and items packed with care I notice other reviews with late deliveries and have not experienced that yet So far their pro blend wax and cotton wicks are what I need Looking forward to continuing working with TFC

Best quality fragrance oil

I don t understand why people rate this company so bad I have a wonderful experience with them Their fragrance oil quality is just superior to the other brand that I ve tried All of the scents I ordered were absolutely amazing smell just like the description without the cheap alcohol detergent smells like other brands When I sent them an email informing that some of my oils was leaking due to transportation they sent a replacement of the missing amount within a few days I was so surprised with their top notch customer service So now Im sticking to them as my fragrance oil supplier forever Highest recommendation
