Issued full refund for mistaken subscription

I don t really use Canva at all but I recently got a free trial to Canva Pro for a younger sibling of mine I guess my sibling mistakenly forgot to cancel the trial because I was just charged 99 for a year s subscription - I contacted Canva and asked for a refund explained the above and they immediately issued a full refund literally minutes later i never normally write reviews on here but i was honestly super impressed with the speed and effectiveness of canva customer support

Free app for everyone without disigner experience

I love working with this app I can design a professional CV and Cover Letter for free and I get ideas with designs I created logos with great ideas from the app Very easy to handle for everyone with basic design skills You can just save your work and download it for free whenever you change something I highly recommend it

My free trial for Canva Pro which I was supposed to cancel recently ended and I reached out to the support team in a panic because I had been billed again for the next month The team responded within seconds and understood my situation completely and refunded the 18 into my account

Superb online software

I don t know how people in general can award this website 3 5 out of 5 It is far far better than that This is a fantastic website for producing infographics and other illustrations The quality of the software is awesome and very powerful It is very intuitive and easy to use The learning process is very quick The image quality is top class It has been very carefully thought through which is why it is so effective I use it to illustrate my website It is definitely a five out of five product No question about it As people aren t awarding Canva that I have to suggest that it might be something that they are doing rather than what Canva is doing Or these are malign reviews from competitors Well done to this great team who have produced a wonderful product in my view
