Devon and Lida s personal service plus the highest 3 year annuity rates are the reason for my rating HOWEVER getting to this point was NOT easy Here is what I learned during the process 1 Website glitch prevented my initial forms submission 2 Devon helped talked by phone me through some of their website forms AND he corrected several of my mistakes 3 If you don t see solid green checkmarks for each and every step the process is not complete 4 Canvas has a 1 000 000 cap on each annuity If you have more to invest you must complete ALL the same forms again for the additional annuity s 5 Unlike EVERY other annuity I investigated if interest rate increases within 30 days of your policy annuity issue date Canvas WILL back date and pay you the higher interest rate on your entire annuity s 6 You deliver annuity funds to their Puritan Life affiliate in Lincoln Nebraska If you need help or have any problems with payment s Sandy and her staff are amazingly helpful and cordial at Puritan P S My prior annuity was with Gainbridge which turned into a complete NIGHTMARE They even bounced NSF a 1Million check when I was doing a rollover to Canvas Would not surprise me if Gainbridge Group1001 turns out to be the next Madoff Bankman-Fried house of cards
