cardi health is a lousy app i signed up june 26 2023 i requested a refund every day since june 28 they said no i joined in march wrong i dont need this app and they wong give me my back shame on them calling my cc now so pissed off

I would rate it a zero if I could The meals are all seeds and nuts which I cannot do There are substitutions but not many I asked for a refund just hours after I signed up I got a response from Ralph and he asked if I d stay if they gave me a 50 refund so I said I d try it I never got a response back and no 50 off ever happened At this point I asked for a refund I sent 5 emails with absolutely zero response This company is just out to take your money Don t do it

I received the Cardi Health email I was being offered 75 off so I downloaded the app I had already entered my email saved a password during sign-up 10 minutes earlier I paid opened the app login it says I cannot login to contact support There is no support no number no email I decided to reset my password Cardi health reset link says I successfully reset the password so I go back to the app- use the password I was careful to enter the email one digit at a time not using the fill-in method I entered my new password again the app says I cannot login contact support I did try password reset three times I uninstalled twice shut down the phone more than once I am proficient with desktop use android apps Im fuming I did get excited this is just what I need I ve already lost 10lbs but need more heart healthy meal ideas I would join for exercise but cant until my angina is stable Back to the response I replied to the original email- it responded that someone will reach out to me in 48 hours This all just happened In case the team cares I was a managing partner that required our employees to use an app receiving orders from customers I was integral in working with the app developer explaining where the glitched started so they could make improvements In case that is the issue based on what other Trust Pilot reviews are saying my own experience There may be an issue pushing customers from the original sign up payment to their actual paid account in-app Also the password reset takes one to their browser for new password entey- it isn t connecting with the app- Lost in translation This should be great if I can ever get into the app lol I remain hopeful A customer svc bot or phone nunber would be nice when directing customers to contact support There is no support if your on the login page of the app

I am in a no ending payment loop with this company I have not been able to create an account without paying over and over again I have already paid twice but can t log in can t reset a password as they have no account for me can t get to my plan at all As of now I would not recommend

DO NOT engage in what this company advertises as a trial period They offer NO refund due to digital format FALSE ADVERTISING

I created an account and paid for the subscription However when I went to log back in it said that my password and email did not match So I tried to change my password so I could log in to the app but when I put in my email it said my account did not exist I have put in an email to cancel as they have already tried to charge my credit card because there is a hold on my account from this company for the amount of the subscription I don t want to be charged any further and I want my money back So far I haven t been able to get in touch with anyone at the company Their website makes it difficult to find information to contact them

Total scam They have their bases covered so they can say the customer knew what they were signing up for because of the questionnaire You have to sign up before you see what s in it sound familiar When I opened it after signing up I saw it was just more of the same another so-called diet plan blah blah blah Run from this

I don t even want to give this one star I did not know there was a charge Much less I did not know there was an auto renewal This is a complete scam I continue to ask for a refund but they do not care It is a SCAM SCAM SCAM I am retired and on a fixed income They do not care that this impacts my ability to take care of my health related issues Do not sign up for this They do not care My heart health has gotten worse with all of this worry about money They better cancel anything I have with them and give me my money back

My 82 year old mother ordered from them information to lower cholesterol I told her to just search in Google so the next day she canceled it They refused to give her a refund and kept her money 66 00 Four emails asking for a refund and they just kept saying they didn t have her information and refused to issue a refund No contact phone information Stay away from this company

I wrote to them and explained I signed up in error I thought the program was different than it is I did this immediately after I signed up and paid I was told they were sorry that I made the error and that they would cancel the subscription and refund the money Three weeks later I am still waiting for a refund only to find out they don t want to refund me 100 I feel this is not acceptable and I want a 100 refund being that I only had it not even one day when I notified them I feel this is a real good scam
