I love that the recipes are for a single person but I can easily double so that I can give my husband the same meal I do substitute some grains really do not like buckwheat but brown rice works I wish I could search recipes There are a few that I had early in the program and before I knew about the favorite button They just haven t popped up again Best of all and most important I ve lost weight and my BP is now where it should be avoiding medication with diet and exercise
