Poor communication and disappointing service

After paying for the assessment and filling out the required forms I asked for an appointment three and a half weeks ago Since then it s been a nightmare trying to get a response I ve had to chase them multiple times and emails are either ignored or take days to get any sort of reply I ve tried calling too and no one picks up I get that they re busy I understand and am willing to wait for an appointment But the lack of communication is appalling Honestly the whole thing has been so frustrating that I ve asked for a refund I don t feel comfortable moving forward with a company that s been this unresponsive especially for something as important as an ADHD assessment

Money for nothing

I paid for an assessment and followed the instructions given but got nothing in response I have called and emailed several times but have been ignored for a month so far Not sure what is going on here or why some people claim to have had positive experiences but I can t even get a response from them despite paying and sending them a lot of medical data

I strongly advise against using Care

I strongly advise against using Care ADHD for an ADHD diagnosis I paid in August and it s now mid-November I m still waiting for them to send my diagnosis letter to my GP The process has been chaotic from the start with incorrect forms missed communications and no follow-up I ve had to chase every step adding unnecessary stress When I complained they just said they re a growing company but that doesn t excuse the ongoing delays and disorganization If you need ADHD support save yourself the frustration and go elsewhere

These people are a joke

These guys are a joke best avoided for your sanity Unfortunately I made the mistake of choosing them and it has been a constant frustration throughout the process From the formatting of the forms to the lack of communication and responses the whole organisation is difficult to engage with especially with ADHD They clearly do not care despite it being in their name and having a duty of care to their patients After being diagnosed 2 weeks ago I ve had no communication other than to pay for the medication process I would have like to have gone somewhere else but they ve got me by the assessments This has been a huge stress for me at a time when I sought diagnosis because I knew I wasn t coping No treatment huge stress Mental health deterioration

Paid 299 for nothing

Paid 299 promised an appointment within a month Received nothing Have contacted repeatedly but with no response at all Disgusted have requested a refund If as is claimed they are experiencing huge response that they clearly cannot fulfil then they should put a message to this effect on their website and STOP TAKING PAYMENTS FOR A SERVICE THEY CANNOT PROVIDE

They definitely don t care

After about 3 months of emails back and forward waiting at least a week for a reply each time I was supposed to have my assessment today via teams They didn t call not did they email to let me know it was cancelled Not sure if it s a scam or just really badly run but I definitely do not recommend - stressful to deal with to say the least

The worst experience

A few weeks ago I visited Care ADHD after engaging in multiple phone discussions with them which instilled confidence in me to spend the 299 for the appointment and further my treatment and diagnosis through a professional organisation I was misled After completing numerous forms I was promptly scheduled to consult with a physician whose identity I shall withhold Regrettably the provided link was inoperative prompting me to urgently attempt to contact the office for clarification but my calls went unanswered I subsequently missed a call from the doctor indicating they are awaiting a response After ten minutes of difficulty I arrived at the team s meeting room just as the doctor was departing In a state of stress I urgently called the offered mobile number to clarify that I am in the meeting room They indicated they will call back promptly I called the main telephone line and was informed that they would return my call but they never did I subsequently emailed and received a response within an hour indicating that it is with the team and they will contact me promptly Later I received a link indicating that I needed to pay an additional 150 for missing my appointment Disheartened I was prepared to make this payment but the portal link did not indicate any appointments available for payment I have called over 30 times and emailed more than a dozen times without success I recommend avoiding this service entirely and pay a little extra They have not only taken my money but also denied me the opportunity to pay the additional fee for an appointment to which I arrived late due to technological difficulties However they are not replying whatsoever I am profoundly disheartened having waited two years for an NHS appointment this was my final effort to attain a resolution Avoid this firm at all costs

The worse communication I have ever experienced with any company I m not even sure they really exist or are just a scam I m seriously upset Especially as this is so important They should not be allowed to operate if they can t return their emails Terrible service Don t use
